The war is on to obtain tickets for TVXQ’s concert.
TVXQ will be holding an arena tour in Japan next year, starting in Yokohama on the 18th of January. The tour has been receiving an explosive response from fans with the tickets selling out in a mere minute last month. But the fans who weren’t able to grab a ticket then are now doing whatever they can to obtain scalper’s tickets.
The average price of tickets that are being sold on auction sites such as Auction Japan are in the 50,000 Yen region (736,400 Won). Of these, the Osaka concert tickets are being auctioned off for as high as 110,000 Yen (1,508,100 Won). Considering the fact that the original price of the tickets was 9,500 Yen (138,000 Won), one can see that the tickets are now selling for ten times their original price. But even these are hard to get as a flood of people are trying to buy just a handful of tickets.
The fans have been calling for more performances as they left comments such as, “Add an extra concert for TVXQ at Tokyo Dome please”, “The arena tour isn’t enough”, and “I want to see TVXQ. Please sell me a ticket to their concert.”
Meanwhile, TVXQ will be holding a fanmeet in Singapore on the 4th of December.
