Update 110928 in Reference to Full 10 Part Version of “In Heaven” QR Code
O.K. What does “QR” stand for in “In Heaven” QR Code? Perhaps Quantum Reality or something thereabouts. My Multiverse theory still stands. Our guys are delving into multiple universe theories. I’ll discuss it if you wish. Momma Cha
MultiverseTheory
We’ve see it in Star Trek and the movies, we’ve read about it in Jules Verne–multiple universes. The multiverse theory expounds on the possibility of co-existing universes that contain the same people and properties with slight shifts in the time line; yet allowing for alternate outcome of events. I cannot say what the writers or producer had in mind for the “In Heaven” music video, I just know that this is what it brings to my mind.
Using this quantum physics multiverse theory, Junsu would have been present in both timelines. So would his girlfriend, and the second scenario would have brought them together instead of apart. In scenario one the girlfriend is crying and Junsu misses her call. In scenario two she is happy and smiling and she leaves her cellphone on the counter. Junsu senses her and goes to her rescue, whereas he ignored the call in scenario one. She is distracted while listening to music and holding a plant in scenario two, while she seems to deliberately let the car hit her in scenario one. Also, the car stops at a stop sign, doesn’t see her, and then hits her in scenario one, while it appears from behind a truck in scenario two. The only flaw in the theory is the fact that Junsu seems astonished to see her in scenario two. Does he know that she is dead in scenario two, or is he just puzzled and gratified that she is there at that time? Take note: Scenario one has a partial bottle of water in the refrigerator, scenario two has three whole bottles of water in the fridge. So, what’s the deal? Only JYJ knows. 🙂
We are left speculating as to whether they are in heaven or on earth at the end because the car stopped as Junsu grabbed her. However, the stillness of the last scene seems to point to heaven. I love this music video. It is deep and thoughtful, and obviously captures the mind. You do not have to agree with the multiverse theory–it could be that they just being given a second chance. It can be intriguing to analyze and speculate about what is being said here, but ultimately this music video expresses Jaejoong’s heart. . Great Job, JYJ.

Well Ivory. You are the astro/quantum physics girl. Give me some feedback on this when you get a chance. Momma
Well, I haven’t studied this particular theory in a while, but it certainly fits.
Basically, if I remember aright, the multiverse concept is that there are several universes at once, like echoes of you as fully you by no more than part of a second in time, yet there are possibilities of multiple choices/outcomes.
How is this possible and why would they not get out of sync?
Let me think on this a moment.
Because of choice, I suppose. That is why it is a theory unproven (as far as I know). If one were to make an educated guess, perhaps the time being off by so small a bit changes the course. Think about it.
If you were hungry and were deciding what to eat, say between an apple and an orange, both decisions could be present (in theory) within the multiverse because they are echoes of your thoughts and mirror possible actions you might take. Yet, it could have bigger scenerios, such as the life and death portrayed in “In Heaven”. In one scenerio the girl chose death. In the other, it was not her choice but the man’s choices in the second scenerio that caused them both to die, as he delayed in going to her. I’m probably twisting my brain in knots right now. Like I said, I haven’t touched up on this in a while.
O.K. So you believe that the outcome would have been different if June had gone minutes earlier?
Yeah, he would have been there to pull her back.
Since he was the one aware of her death before…so it seems.
What I don’t understand is why she is staring at them both as this is happening.
Waiting to die, you mean? Well, the first was on purpose. The second, she was in shock, I think. Delayed reaction.
Look at the video. As he is grabbing her to try to save her, they pan on her with the earphones on staring at them both in that moment.
Hmm. Perhaps she is already gone in one universe (since he remembers her death and seems to be in a strange time warp) and is watching him die but is unable to do anything about it. Or perhaps it is her spirit watching their bodies be hit.
In the second scenerio, I mean.
I know. How does that explain death, Ivory? As we understand it?
The spirit remains alive even if the body (in whatever universe spoken of) is dead. And it leaves hope of resurrection, as Jesus rose again (as have countless others, though few speak of it).
O.K. I probably need to actually study this. I’m going to let you go do what you were enjoying before. I just finished watching Protect the Boss 15 with no subs. Bummer. See you tomorrow, we are both doldrumy. Momma
No subs yet! Wahh!!! They will likely have it by tomorrow. No sweat, I’m tired in the head and mostly theorizing than hitting the actual science, most likely. Doldrumy…I like that neologism, Mommy. Kissey kissey.
P.S. Thanks. My brain needed the exercise. I feel so stifled sometimes because not everyone understands (or wants to understand) this side of me. So I keep quiet… But staying quiet wears me out after a while.
I understand, Ivory. We all learn that defense somewhere along the path of life.
I Love You. Momma
