The many moments where things keep piling on you. At that moment, you feel like you’re going to break, those times you become short of breath to the point of wanting to die.. If you look back, when those moments that were so short-lived come back to you again.. What should the me of the present moment do.. This is the book I’m recommending this time. http://t.co/asA5llns

Jae, I really don’t have a clue as to the content of your book except the cover denotes retreat. You and the members have lived a hard life with many demands on you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. You are made of tough stuff, and you should be proud of your accomplishments despite the hardships you have endured.. Find those quiet places within yourself that feed your soul and your spirit, and always seek truth–that way truth will find you.
The cover picture looks soothing.
Jae oppa, when you’re stressed, please tell us so we can pray for whatever you need.
And I agree with Momma Cha, rest…rest…rest…did i mention rest? We’ll live if you take time for yourself. You can’t carry everything… and everyone… all the time.
Exodus 18
“The Man Who Wanted To Be Happy”. I can relate to that as a person who wants to be happy. Everyone does. Psalm 30 says,”weeping may endure for a night but joy comes with the morning” . The night, unfortunately, can seem so long, and the anticipation of the morning bleak if we do not learn to seek answers and elicit help outside ourselves. Jaejoong has the ability to reach out, and he isn’t deterred by what others may think. Yet, I also believe that Jae really thinks hard before he chooses to share his opinions and his emotions. You are a refreshing breeze, Jaejoong, in a world of non-communicating individuals. With you, TMI becomes what we truly need. Lot’s of Love, Momma Cha
