  1. Jae, you do not know how it touches my heart that you ask us such important things. TT
    You are too thin right now only because you are going to be touring soon. You’ll need a bit extra to carry you through as you tend to lose weight while touring. Not enough to make you feel sluggish, but a bit of padding won’t hurt.
    Yes, this applies to June and Chunnie too if they are going to be expending tremendous energy. However, I think that they are o.k. for right now. I guess the rule of thumb is to try to put on a little extra when you know that you are going to have to consistently use energy. I Love You. Momma Cha
