JYJ, at the end of the world tour “We received energy from the fans”

JYJ held the last concert in Kwangju and concluded their “2011 JYJ world tour concert.”

Starting on the 2nd of April, JYJ held their concerts in Bangkok, Thailand then in Taiwan, China, Japan, 4 cities in America and in Korea’s Pusan and Kwanju. In total, the tour unfolded in 7 countries, 10 cities. This time, Kim Jaejoong, under the concept of “Creative Challenge,” even personally directed the production of the Asian leg of the world tour.

JYJ, who held the encore concert in Kwangju for the sake of the Korean fans, could not hide their regret as it was their last stage. Kim Jaejoong said: “Today, the last stage of this world tour, instead of focusing on the planned performance I want to become closer to the fans.” He also explained his feelings: “I hope you will cheer us on and believe in us until the end.”

Park Yoochun who is recently appearing in the drama “Miss Ripley” said: “The time we had on this world tour is the most amazing that we have had since our debut as singers! Even though the members are busy with our individual activities, without losing the heart (T/N: JYJ as their core activity) we want to meet you again in another wonderful performance.”

Kim Junsu expressed his gratitude to the fans: “Instead of giving energy through our concerts, we received energy from the fans. We are thankful for the fans from the bottom of our hearts.”

With the end of the world tour, JYJ who are individually starring in dramas and musicals will devote themselves to their solo activities.

N-Train’s Jung Jung Gyun talked of an experience in which he was nearly conned.

N-Train is a five-member boy band with members Jung Jung Gyun, Jung Seung Hyun, Soul J, Song Yoo Jin, and Kim Sang Woo. They have been garnering great attention for being the boy band that was created by Producer Kim Chang Hwan, the person behind Chae Yeon, Lee Jung and Kim Gun Mo.

Leader Jung Jung Gyun is originally from the group Tachyon, and became well-known when he appeared in MBC’s audition program’ Showvival’. After the program, the team stopped their activities and Jung Jung Gyun revealed that the team was almost conned twice.

He said, “In 2008, we were contacted by a Chinese company and even signed a contract. But after the Szechuan earthquake, the company stopped contacting us. So our Chinese debut never happened.”

He continued to say, “One of our team members left and we were left with just two people. But we met someone who said that he was ‘someone who was working in Avex in Japan’. We met with him a couple of times and he showed us pictures of him with Avex singers, so we couldn’t help but believe what he was saying. So we flew to Japan,” and “At that time, JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong was singing as a member of TVXQ in Japan. Because TVXQ works with Avex, I asked Jaejoong about it and he said that ‘There’s someone in the company with that name.‘ But the more we talked, the more I felt that something just wasn’t right.”

Jung Jung Gyun said, “Something was amiss so I called Jaejoong again. I kept asking him this and that and when I told him about what the man was wearing and what he looked like, Jaejoong said, ‘There’s no one like that here, he doesn’t work in Avex. Come back,’ so we returned to Korea. I’m still so thankful to Jaejoong.“

The Korea Heart Foundation revealed on the 24th that Kim Jaejoong’s fanclub ‘SarangJoong’ donated 6 million Won in surgery fees for a 14-year-old girl and a one-year-old baby boy.

[NEWS] 110624 Jaejoong’s Thoughts and Plans on Appearing on “Protect the Boss” (New Title)

JYJ Kim Jaejoong relayed his thoughts regarding his first appearance in a domestic drama.

Kim Jaejoong will appear in the new SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama Protect the Boss that will air as the follow up to City Hunter on August 3. Kim jaejoong plays the role of Cha Muwon, the “Prince of the Financial World” equipped with enormous abilities. He will collaborate with Jisung, Choi Kanghee, and Wang Jihye.

Kim Jaejoong has shown a good performance in the popular drama Sunao Ni Narenakute that was aired in Japan’s Fuji TV last year with Japanese star actors such as Ueno Juri and Eita. Jaejoong will challenge himself for the first time at the domestic drama scene with Protect the Boss.

Kim Jaeoong revealed: “I am happy to have met with great actors and directing team. It seems that it will be a pleasant and bright drama. I plan to dedicate myself to preparing for the drama after finishing the World Tour Encore Concert.”

Kim Jaejoong’s agency C-JeS Entertainment revealed: “Kim Jaejoong has been awarded the Nikkan Sports Drama Grand Prix Supporting Actor Award in 2010 through last year’s drama Sunao Ni Narenakute. With such experience, he will gift the viewers with solid acting.”

[On the other hand,] the title of the new SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama has been finalized as Protect the Boss. On the 24th, SBS revealed that “the title of the drama that will be aired as the follow-up to City Hunter has been finalized as Protect the Boss.”

This drama was originally referred to by the working title of The Last Secretary because it was to paint the love story between a female secretary and her superior. Recently it became known as the working title The Boss Has Changed.
