Ahhhhhh….springtime. The birdies are chirping, the rivers are thawing, and it’s seems that our boys are getting older, day by day, yes? Considering how much time has passed since debut, I suppose this is an inevitable progression. People age, get stronger, wiser, and more experienced in life. This is a good thing. However….

 

It doesn’t mean we can’t reminisce! No Sir! So let’s a look at one of DBSK’s most outstanding, and longstanding, traits: CUTENESSS!!!!

 

 Now, we all know that DBSK is cute. I mean, just look at them.

 

 

 HELLO?! However, what I wish to explore is the different types of cuteness that our boys can embody individually, starting with…. (drumroll)

 

 

 Our very own Junsu, cause let’s face it, he wrote the book on cuteness, yes? I think yes.

Junsu’s classic cute poses are very lovely, because he puts so much effort into displaying them for us fans. As such, we are very appreciative of the classic pose, as it has come to define Junsu’s cute persona as a whole. However, there is more. More cuteness to be explored. More to this adorable man than these poses. Shall we look deeper? Oh yes. We shall. 

 

(rubs hands together) Okay. So Junsu knows how to act cute.  This we know. But what about when he’s  not acting cute? Is he still adorable. Let’s see.

[News] Court order states SM Entertainment will pay 20 million won each time they interfere with JYJ activities

After the Seoul Central District Court dismissed both of SM Entertainment’s injunctions against JYJ last week, the judge Kim Daewong has decided to incur a fee against SM Entertainment every time they interfere with JYJ’s activities. Through a press release, JYJ’s current acting agency said on February 21st, “SM Entertainment will not be allowed to interfere with JYJ activities and will pay 20 million won every time they violate this court order.”

The court has decided that there is a possibility that SM Entertainment will interfere with JYJ’s activities, and in the case that they do interfere, have made this ruling. To prevent any possibilities of interference, the court has ordered a restraining order against SM Entertainment.

Even though the court has ruled in favor of JYJ, C-JeS Entertainment’s Baek Changjoo said, “There are still many obstacles to go over. There are many things still to be worked out even with the court ruling in our favor. I hope the public and fans support our cause and help create a more progressive celebrity system.”

“This concert DVD was produced by a representative Korean production team, with Sylvester Levay and musical director Kim Mun Jeong participating in the production. We also had the original Viennese composers’ and Korean production teams’ taking turns correcting it, so that we can produce a concert DVD that includes more effort and is higher in quality than your average concert DVD.” – DVD Producer Kim Ji Won

Disc 1:
• Songs from “Mozart!” the musical which had the best local musical performers participating in it, such as “I Am Music, “Why Can’t You Love Me,” “Golden Stars,” “I Want To Escape My Fate” – 18 songs in total.
• “Elizabeth” Korean Version – 6 Songs in total
• Levay’s present to Kim Junsu, “ Miss you so” (Levay performs on stage, accompanying Kim Junsu on the piano)

Disc 2:
• The encore performance of “Intoxication,” which became a huge topic during the concert. This song was from Kim Junsu’s Japanese single, and was rearranged by Levay into an orchestra version.
• Making film of the preparation process outside of the actual performance – Approximately 1 hour long
• Introduction of the practice room that moved the hearts of the fans, as well as the make-up room and behind the scenes footage.

Aside from the 2 DVDs, there will be a 80 page photobook from Kim Junsu’s concert performance.

Number One, I have promised myself that I will always give my true opinion on the mancub’s activities. I think it only fair to say that I am not surprised at this Photoshoot but I am a wee bit disappointed as I was with Intermodulation.. It is not necessary to display your body like this in order to have your fans love you, Jae.  Simple, tasteful, stylish pictures will do.
I realize that you feel a need to prove your masculinity, but that has never been questioned by those of us who can see more of you than your face and your body. Also, sweetheart–you are so thin. Sleek and svelte is good–skinny is not. Through it all, however,  I acknowledge that you are a now grown man with your own ability to make decisions… All I ask is that you rethink some of them. To be fair–that applies to all five mancubs.

[News] 110222 Park Yoohwan, “Even when I think about Hyung now, I’ll cry!”

The extraordinary close brotherhood between Park Yoochun and Park Yoohwan is already known to public. Having 5 years age gap, the two people call each other as their ‘treasure’.

The rookie actor and Park Yoochun’s younger brother Park Yoohwan revealed through a meeting with TV Report recently, “When I was younger, I thought all brothers’ relationship were good just like us.”

Park Yoohwan hence continued, “Maybe it’s because we spent a lot of time together when we’re in U.S. I couldn’t blend well with my classmates in school, thus I spent a lot of times with my brother,” he started to remember the memories.

“Then he went to Korea to debut. As a young boy I was, at first I felt really happy that I could have our room for myself, but after he didn’t comeback after 1 week, I started to feel sad.”

“When he was away, I had a lot of phone calls with him. In front of my parents and friends, I acted like a happy child, but I cried a lot when I was talking with him on call. My brother later said that he also cried by himself after we hung up the phone.”

There’s not even a possibility something could be more painful than that time. Park Yoohwan continued, “I cried when I saw my brother crying on TV. Even when I think about him now, my tears is still flowing.” as he said, his eyes got a bit teary.

Even nowdays when Park Yoohwan got nightmare while he was sleeping at night, he would still get up and go to his brother’s room, just like what a cute little brother will do. He also has courage to jump into the harsh entertainment world due to Park Yoochun.

Eventhough Park Yoohwan felt nervous and scared to have career by himself in entertainment, he’s finally encouraged by his brother’s support. “My brother is the reason I’m able to take the first step to realize my dream. One day I wish my brother can see the figure of me being a recognized actor.”

Poseidon Delayed

Yunho’s Poseidon has been delayed due to fire damage on Yeonpyeong island, their shooting location. Promoted to be airing in the spring–the drama will be delayed due to scheduling conflicts and what I suspect to be interference on the political level. Would SM and Friends undermine their own personnel because of their contention with Shinhwa’s Eric?  Good Question.  Momma Cha

[News] 110221 SBS is Not Airing Poseidon “Misorganized? We never even confirm it”

The comeback drama of Shinhwa’s Eric, TVXQ’s Yunho ‘Poseidon’ in May through SBS is ended to be a mishap.

SBS drama department official revealed on the 21st, “Previously there was report about SBS airing ‘Poseidon’ after ‘Midas’ this May, however SBS never confirm about it even once,” Furthermore he said, “We’d been reviewing ‘Poseidon’ broadcasting details, but in the end we decided not to air the drama.” SBS drama department is currently reviewing other dramas that is going to hit its first broadcast on the 28th after the end of SBS drama ‘Midas.

 

‘Poseidon’ is a drama about marine police rescue team that casts U-Know Yunho, Kim Kang Woo, Kim Ok Bin, Jun Hye Bin, and more popular actors alongside Shinhwa’s Eric.

‘Poseidon’ had started its filming in December last year however been suspended due to Yeonpyeong island fire damage. Agency official of one of the drama’s actor said, “We need to stop the filming due to weather problems as well, and for now the filming is scheduled to resume sometime in March.”

      April 3rd will bring another chapt…

      April 3rd will bring another chapter into the lives of JYJ and their fans. The Fallen Leaves Project in Bangkok will kick off another tour for Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu. Once Junsu finishes his role in Tears of Heaven the trio are off on JYJ World Tour Concert in Thailand @Impact Arena. I am praying for strength for them all, but especially for Junsu who will be just as tired as Yoochun was during their last world tour.

Seriously, twitter has definitely taken the world by storm and while some folks have issues with staying within the 140 character limit, others seem to thrive on this succinct and to the point format.

[News] 110217 JYJ from TVXQ, Holding First Fan Meeting After 4 Months ‘A Sweet White Day’

Group JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu) are going to hold their official fan meeting after 4 months.

Just recently opening ‘CJeS Membership’ recruitment, the fan meeting will be held on upcoming March 12th at Jamsil Gymnasium in theme ‘A Sweet White Day Date’ and is scheduled to proceed for approximately three hours.

After JYJ’s concert in November last year, it’s been nearly 4 months since the fans were able to meet with the members.

Meeting and having fun, with confession as its main theme, the fan meeting is prepared to be a family gathering to meet their loyal fans as sisters and daughters. JYJ is preparing for each member’s solo stage and there are also sections where they can interact with fans.

JYJ will be performing together with the invited guests, and they’re expected to share honest stories to fans as well.

Official in responsible for CJeS Entertainment Baek Chang-Ju explained, “CJeS membership is an offer that is opened to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and JYJ members will reply to these gifts (fans who submit to the membership) through this first fan meeting.” and “JYJ will speak honestly to fans, hopefully this can be a memorable White Day for everyone, and also we will try to provide more chances for JYJ to meet their fans directly in the future.”

T’Ara, a girl K-Pop group, is totally enamoured with the musical Tears of Heaven and as a result with its players. Visiting backstage with our own Xiah Junsu, Lee Haeri, and Brad Little, stars in the production–they voiced their emotions over the musical as being “very moved by the experience”. They have attended several showings of the musical which they first attended to support actor Lee Haeri.

Junsu, and Brad Little won T’Ara’s admiration through their own charming ways. We can all understand that can’t we?  Momma Cha
