The Chuseok special program will be divided into corners such as âUnprecedented Charactersâ, which will break down the relationships and characters in the drama, and âExtremely Hilarious NG Cutsâ, which will seek to find the King of NGs in the drama.

On 7 September, SBS said âProtect The Boss will start airing in Malaysia on 12 Septemberâ âIt will be aired on the cable channel SETONE, which is owned by Sony Pictures, every Monday and Tuesday at 9pm.â
They also said âThe situation is slightly different from other dramas, which usual finish airing in Korea before they are broadcast in other countries, and âProtect The Bossâ will begin airing in Malaysia before the Korean broadcast ends, and will be shown in Korean with Malay subtitles.â
âProtect The Bossâ has been well received not only in Malaysia, but also in other countries such as America, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.

Rather than saying the scene was a brawl between the love rivals, it instead resembles a tussle between elementary kids, both ignoring stares from bystanders. Together with Nol Eun Sul who is like the elder sister who tried to mediate the little brothers, they formed an interesting scene.
Additionally, after the scene with their grandmother threatening them with her legacy, Mu Won especially picked up Ji Hyunâs most hated garlic and gave it to him as a âlovingâ act, which further angered Ji Hyun.
In Ji Hyunâs room, Mu Won told Ji Hyun, âBe it the management rights to the company or Nol Eun Sul, Iâm going to take it all.â To which Ji Hyun replied, âWhy does it has to be you!â The child-like duo then began their pillow fight. The usually calm Director Mu Won always became an elementary student after meeting Ji Hyun.
But this elementary school kids couple Mu Won and Ji Hyun was set to be such charismatic comical. In fact, it portrays an unique lively atmosphere in the usual mundane rivalry plotline, increasing the entertainment of the drama.
