New York Concert To Appear On The Big Screen

A luxurious stage featuring Kang Ta, BoA, TVXQ. Super Junior, SNSD, SHINee, F(x) and other idols, as well as previously unreleased off-stage clips will be shown in the form of a movie.
On 23 October, at Madison Square Garden, the “SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in New York” was successfully held. A leader in K-pop, SM Entertainment’s artists were the first Asian musicians to hold a concert in the center of American pop culture, Madison Square Garden.
At the press conference for the above event, aside from the NY Times, Billboard, Village Voice and MTV and other local media being present, Japan’s Sankei News, Nikkan Sports, China’s Mingbao and other foreign media were also present in this press conference battle.
Titled “I am: SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in Madison Square Garden (tentative title)” (Produced by CJ Entertainment in collaboration with SM Entertainment, distributed by CJ Entertainment,) (this movie is) centered around the SM Entertainment artists performing in this historic event , and their intensive training process in preparation for a emotionally charged stage, as well as their real, everyday lives, honest feelings and others will all be shown on camera.
Also, videos of the SMTOWN artists and their journey from their trainee days to their current position, how they are now, as well as their hopes for the future will all be revealed via interviews. This movie will be aired in the first half of 2012.
This is the 「TONE」Buyers’ Event that was held on 1 & 3 November in Osaka and Tokyo. There were live performances, member talks, as well as secret videos, it was an hour packed with lots (of activities)♪ It was an event where you could feel really close to the two members, so it was really enjoyable!

Changmin said “25 years old. 25 years old is the start line.” Yunho “Yes!” Seeing the two talking like a comedian, BoA said “The two are like comedians! They are speaking right next to each other xD” Yes, the distance was really near. I was anxious about that close distance, I can’t remember all the other comments. xD
Tohoshinki has taken the no.1 spot on the Taiwanese album charts.
Taiwan’s MTV24 reported that “Tohoshinki’s new album “TONE” exceeded 240,000 copies in sales, and was the top seller for the week of 15-22 October. They said, “This album has three different covers in red, blue and yellow. Each album has 6 photos using different concepts. If you put all three albums together, you can see “It’s My Way.”” and also “The songs in the album blend both members’ powerful performance skills with their exceptional vocals, igniting its popularity.”
On 29 October, Tohoshinki will be released their photobook with the concept of “Two mature men’s holiday,” named “El Sol.” After completing their Asian fan party tour, they will be holding a nationwide concert tour in Japan next year.

A photobook of the ‘SM TOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR’, a string of concerts by SM singers, will be released on the 3rd of November.
The photobook will contain photos from the ‘SM TOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR’ concerts held across four cities in Seoul, LA, Shanghai and Tokyo.
It is a true collector’s item as it is expected to contain 288 pages of contents that include a history of the tour through photos from the concert, rehearsals and what went on backstage, as well as scenes from the airport and personal signatures and messages from Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, SHINee and f(x).
Therefore, the photobook is expected to not only help fans relive their memories of the tour, but also give fans who weren’t able to attend the concerts a full view of the experience.
“The design is unique and pretty! Please also show support for Shilla Duty Free and Pepsi Nex. Haha and of course, I’m showing lots of support for Missha now!”

A fan wrote a post on TVXQ Daum Telzone addressed to him (he mentioned on his facebook before that he visits this fan community), changing the lyrics of Before U Go to incorporate Missha parodies.
And President Seo has indeed been, like a true fan, visiting TVXQ Daum often and saw the post addressed to him. He then posted one of TVXQ’s performances of Before U Go on his facebook, and telling the fan that he’s very touched and will treasure the revamped lyrics.

[Trans] 111026 Tohoshinki’s Changmin, Struggles Due To His First Time For Debut Starring Drama “Paradise Ranch”
From the ever-popular Tohoshinki, Changmin’s first challenge in a starring role, the hot topic love comedy “Paradise Ranch” DVD will be released on 2 November. For this release, Changmin will be personally recording the Japanese voice-over for his character in the drama, a first in the history of Korean dramas. Images of him during process has been taken, a must see for fans.
This is a story about a divorced couple who meet again after 6 years and are forced to live together, a quirky start to this romantic love comedy. Changmin plays a 3rd generation chaebol, Dong Joo who is cool and charming, with the heroine Da Ji played by actress Lee Yeon Hee, who became popular after dramas such as “East of Eden.” This drama is set to broadcast on Fuji TV’s “Hanryu α” starting November.
The DVD-BOX which will be released on 2 November will include special videos of Changmin personally challenging the voice-overs for the key scene of Dong Joo (Changmin) and Da Ji’s (Lee Yeon Hee) first meeting after their divorce, when the two were innocent newlyweds, and other famous scenes from the drama. There is also a making video of Changmin’s real face during his first challenge at dubbing. Although discouraged by his first attempt, Changmin said “It is definitely a difficult challenge, but it has to be done so I’ll try my best!” taking on the dubbing with strong enthusiasm. As expected, his actual performance was…?

Host: From the start, let’s introduce TVXQ and this is their latest Japanese album. This album reaches 200 thousand sales during the first week of release and attained the first place on the charts. This is the first album for Yunho and Changmin and the results through the release of this album gave the duo a confidence boost. Yes, that’s right. For this album, there are unique designs within the album packagings. I’m going to introduce to everyone in today’s programme and what are the unique designs? These are the 3 versions of the albums that were not released in Taiwan. Red, Blue and Yellow. When we placed the three together, we’ll get something amazing. What’s that? See, right here. What is written there? “It Is My Way.” It can only be seen when you piled them together. It’s quite a special design. There’s a card inside the album too which I’ll introduce to you all later. Let’s now take a look when they arrived in Beijing and though their stay was not that long, we managed to arrange an interview from them. About new album
YH:First of all, we released an album in Korea after a long while. Therefore we had a chance to meet with Japanese fans. This album was prepared with great work and we anticipate fans’ responses. We involved a lot of our feelings in this album and were done with a heart of thankfulness. Thus we hoped that fans will be able to hear our improvement while listening to this album.
Japanese album released in Taiwan
CM:For this album.. This album is named TONE. There are various meaning to it, eg. sound, color etc. When we first heard of this title and knew of the various meaning when used differently. As an singer, if we are able to control the various tone, it should be the best joy, isn’t it? To name this album as TONE, and in this album, other than the ballads and dance numbers we are used to, we tried something that’s similar to a fast tempo band-type and club music etc. As we tried various music genres, it is an album that’s worth everyone’s attention.
About the good sales results of the Japanese album
YH: Firstly, we want to thank everyone and other than loving TVXQ, we enjoy our work and would like to close up the distance between our fans and us. Hopefully everyone will listen to our songs and we will become an even more hardworking TVXQ.
About TONE’s train
CM: When we heard about this, we felt that it’s very novel. When I saw the photos on the net, I really wish to go there and take a commemorative photo myself. However due to some problems and time issue, I wasn’t able to do it. If I had the chance, I would like to take a ride on that train.
Any plans for performances in Taiwan?
YH: To be honest, there’s no confirmed plan as of now. But next year, there’s a plan for Asia Tour and it’s still under discussion. We’ll let Taiwanese fans know if it’s confirmed. Maybe in the near future, the good news will arrive.

Broadcast on 22 October, On Style’s “Style Magazine” featured TVXQ, and they talked about the topic of style. Showing a “clone” concept in their recently released song “Maximum,” both men had just completed a “fraternal twins” concept photoshoot.
In the interview held after the photoshoot, Shim Changmin was asked about his ideal style, and he expressed that “The fashion worn by Anne Hathaway in “The Devil Wears Prada” is my style.” and added “The clothes featured in the movie were all very beautiful.”
When asked “Is it because she’s pretty?” He honestly replied, “I cannot rule that out.”
Also, when asked about his ideal style among Korean actresses, he replied “Ms Kang Sora, who recently made her debut in the movie “Sunny”!” shocking the hearts of women.
Also in today’s broadcast, both men revealed a few fashion notes. Jung Yunho said “I like wearing clothes that make me look composed. I like watches with a large frame,” while Shim Changmin introduced a few fashion necessities : backpacks and hats.
