[Fan Account] A Fan Saw Jaejoong Cycling

dbskfrance

Jaejoong was laughing wholeheartedly (and loudly) and he was wearing black shades when the fan saw him. He placed his bike properly and went to buy some water. The fan took some pictures of him. When they were buying water, the fan finally mustered enough courage to ask for signature. She used English to request the autograph from Jaejoong. Jaejoong hmmed and took the initiative to reach out and take the pen from the fan. He made eye contact with the fan when she shouted his name. As said, his face is very skinny and very white. He didn’t shave and his lips are the same jellyish texture as seen in photos. Fan used English to tell Jaejoong that she is a Chinese fan and Jaejoong replied thank you in Chinese. After signing, manager used English to say thanks, and Jaejoong thanked the fan. The fan then thanked both of them. Jaejoong and manager continued to rest for a while. He was drinking soda and he smoked. He then played some games on a black Samsung phone passed to him by his manager. Before leaving, Jaejoong looked around to see if there is rubbish bin or such to throw his rubbish away. (Good idol~! ❤) The fan used Korean to say “oppa, goodbye” and Jaejoong turned around and nodded at her. He then cycled away. The fan commented that the way he cycles is so handsome~ The fan wants to clarify a few things:

Jaejoong isn’t short. He didn’t use cologne (at least for yesterday). He wore 2 rings and chrome heart bracelet on his right hand, and his left hand is just full of bracelets. His legs are especially skinny. The way Jaejoong cycles is more handsome than how he drives. Jaejoong was wearing long sleeves, the same as what he wore in his selca. The fan saw Jaejoong and manager in Chamonix, France, not in Paris, France. Fanaccount from @Lucia坐等金在中世巡法国站 on Weibo translated by @taurysays. ^~^ P/S: Irrelevant parts are omitted. P/S: Jaejoong’s autograph for the fan

FanAccount 111204 TVXQ in Singapore #2TVXQ! Asia Fan Party 2011 Part 1

TVXQ! Asia Fan Party 2011 (Part 1) 041211

Today seems so surreal. It was just 15 hours back when we were queuing at the stadium and now they’re back at the hotel, but still breathing the Singapore air – our air! (more than the air I breathe~) We reached the Singapore Indoor Stadium around 9.30am and found out that there were a lot of commotion going on for the mosh pit queuing. There were about three groups of people from different queues. At 10am, the guards stepped in and told our group to move to the back of another queue So in the end, we had to go quite far back.

At around 3.15pm, I had to prepare for the Meet & Greet session with Changmin & Yunho. So we grabbed our TVXQ! towels and fanboard (CD also because I thought maybe we could sneak an autograph from them, hehe) and headed to the open space near the SISTIC counter to queue up. We were at the back of the queue (again) but God is good! You’ll know why later ^^ The photography session was such that there were 50 ticket holders and their friends, so that makes 100 of us and we had to be divided into groups of 20 each. They brought us to the waiting room and told us to remain quiet as TVXQ were having their pseudo press conference. My friend and I made friends with other Cassies as we were in the waiting room. And there was a Bigeast in our group! Her name is Kio ^^ She came alone and she couldn’t understand what we were saying but she was smiling and trying her best to communicate with us. Bigeasts, PROUD OF YOU ALWAYS!
There were about 8 of us in the final 5th group because quite a few people didn’t turn up for the meet and greet session (WAE, PEOPLE, WAE?!?!?!). Eventually, they moved 2 to another group and the remaining 6 of us into another group. There were 2 rows in the group, and we were in the first row (First blessing of the day).

We saw the first group return from the photography session and so many of them were crying! I got teary-eyed myself too. Am I really going to see Yunho and Changmin up close? After all these years, am I really going to see Leader-ssi and my beloved maknae? They brought the second and third group in and then it was our group. THEY LET OUR GROUP STAY IN THE ROOM TO WATCH THE OTHER GROUPS HAVE THEIR PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION! (Second blessing of the day)
They had to head backstage while the groups were preparing and arranging their positions and whenever they came out to pose, I kept squealing! Yunho and Changmin were standing at the top of the multi-leveled platform. Then, it was the final group’s turn – us. I was the 5th person in the row and I thought they would make us stand on the bottom row but no, they brought us to the top of the platform and the lady told me, “You need to make space for them, they’ll be standing within the black boxes indicated on the floor.” (Third blessing of the day) I literally went “OMG, I’M STANDING NEXT TO ONE OF THEM?!” Kio (the BigEast) was a Changmin bias and she asked if I could swop with her if Changmin stood next to me, and of course I said okay. Although I love the of them so much, I always wanted the opportunity to be next to our Leader-ssi :’) And it did turn out that Yunho…… STOOD NEXT TO ME. I was in so much shock I couldn’t do anything. I was shaking so hard and I didn’t dare to squeeze with him. But all of a sudden, Yunho squeezed right in and his arm was next to mine for a full 30 SECONDS. I WAS IN SO MUCH BLISS, I WANTED TO CRY SO BADLY. (Fourth blessing of the day) His arm was so warm, he was wearing sleeveless by the way. I wanted to be right next to him forever. Just feeling him right beside me was so blissful, it was like nothing could ever be compared to this. Really. T_T (This sounds weird but I felt his arm hair as well, it is such a blessing to me. I’m sorry I know I sound weird)

Right after they took the photos, I turned around to say thank you to them. I saw Yunho up close. His eyes were so brown, his skin was so flawless. He was just impeccable. A perfect creation by God. Then, I turned to look at Changmin. That boy was smirking away and smiling! Oh good Lord, he was so handsome. He bowed and said “Kamsahamnida” to me and I was so dazed that I replied “谢谢!” (thank you in chinese). Changmin is so good-looking in real life and Yun – his aura was so strong. Truly our leader of DBSK <3 Yunho said “Thank you” in English and he clasped his hands together and bowed. They are so polite, so humble. Even though they’re at the top, they still never fail to greet us. Thank you for making this day the best day of my life, Changmin and Yunho-ah. Thank you so much. I’ll continue part 2 of the fan party tomorrow ^^ Contributed by: @Rynejae (Twitter) shared by: sharingyoochun.net

[REVIEW]  JYJ’s First Concert in Barcelona

On the night of October 29, the sky was filled with JYJ’s beautiful harmony in Barcelona. In response, the roar of 3,000 wide-eyed fans was heard as well. This was the day JYJ kicked off their tour in Europe.

Group JYJ debuted in Europe as the first South Korean artists to hold a solo concert in Barcelona, Spain.

At Poble Espanyol, JYJ held their concert outdoors for two hours and met not only their Spanish fans, but also fans from Italy, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, and other European countries.

In order to see their beloved group and get good seats for the concert, many of the 3,000 fans arrived early to stand in line outside the venue, while some even pitched tents outside the night before and proceeded to sleep there.

After observing the dedicated European fans, JYJ gave the fans passionate performances that rivaled most of their previous ones. All the guests finished entering the venue thirty minutes before the concert started and began chanting the names of JYJ members. As the chanting began, JYJ appeared on stage with matching white suits and opened the concert with “Empty,” the title song in their worldwide album, “The Beginning.”

The audience was unable to hide their excitement all throughout the impressive opening performance due to JYJ’s powerful vocals and moderated dance moves. It was the moment JYJ and their fans achieved their first meeting, which was longed for over the years. After performing “Empty,” JYJ created a hotter atmosphere at the venue when they consecutively sang songs that consisted of faster tempos such as“Pierrot”, “Ayyy girl,” and “Be my girl.” The fans, who were each holding red glowsticks, cheered immensely at every expression and move that JYJ made.

Solo performances that each member prepared came next. Yoochun performed his solo song, “I LOVE YOU,” with the help of female dancers. Jaejoong sang his gentle song from the“Protect the Boss” OST, “I’ll Protect You” and Junsu came to the fans with “You Are So Beautiful,” a song from the “Scent of a Woman” OST. Through their individual performances, each member was able to show off their charms and talent on stage and the audience proceeded to lose themselves in the music.

Other than these, JYJ performed 15 other songs including Yoochun’s song from the “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” OST,“Found,” the title songs from their first official Korean album,“In Heaven” and “Get Out.” With their singing, they emotionally touched their fans, who stood watching them from the audience, even though the weather was cold.

In the middle of the concert, JYJ conversed with their fans by expressing their sentiments about their debut stage in Spain. Junsu said, “This tour in Europe is actually our last activity for this year. I’m very happy that we were able to finish our activities in Europe with all of you. I hope that we will be able to meet you in Europe, no, in Spain, again in the future.”

Continuing on, Yoochun told their fans, “I’m not sure why, but it feels like we’ve met like this before, even if this is our first time performing in Spain. Although we’re receiving your encouragement right now, everything is fascinating. In some ways, this feeling is familiar, so whenever the subject of a world tour comes up, I’m pretty sure we’re going to say we want to perform in Spain again. We really enjoy being here.”

Lastly, Jaejoong expressed his satisfaction and stated, “I hope many couples will form among you guys, who all came here because you love JYJ. This is our first performance in Europe. Honestly, all this time, we’ve only ever said with words that we will come meet you in person. I am very happy because we were able to keep our promise with everyone in all the parts of Asia, United States and Canada, and finally with you all in Europe. We will continue to work hard so that we will be able to keep our promise with you a second time and come again in the future.”

The fans cheered loudly for the three members by clearly shouting out the names of the three JYJ members. Silvia Sanchez, a fan who attended the concert, revealed her affection for JYJ by saying “I first became a fan of TVXQ after discovering their album, “Mirotic” in 2008. I’ve always wanted to go to Korea because I love JYJ, but I never had the money to go. Although I didn’t expect it to happen for real, I’m really grateful and happy that they personally came to Spain to put on a concert for us. I was unable to sleep for a few days because my friends, who are JYJ fans as well, and I even put together presents to give to the members.”

In other news, JYJ will be continuing their tour early next month with a concert in Germany.

A fan account posted by one of Kim Jaejoong’s Japanese fans after meeting the star has become a hot topic.

A photo and fan account was posted recently on an online community with the title ‘A fan account by a Japanese fan who met Kim Jaejoong at Tokyo Tower’. This fan account has been spreading amongst fans and first began when a Japanese fan wrote about meeting Kim Jaejoong at Tokyo Tower and posted it on her personal Twitter account.

According to the person who wrote the post, Kim Jaejoong visited Tokyo with his friends after successfully completing the ‘JYJ UNFORGETTABLE LIVE CONCERT IN JAPAN 2011′ concerts in Ibaraki’s Hitachi park on the 15th and 16th.

The fan won the envy of her fellow fans as she said, “I met Jaejoong by chance on the stairs of Tokyo Tower. I shook hands with him, got his signature and we shared a short conversation.” She continued to add, “I told him I had been at the Ibaraki concert and he looked surprised at the fact that I had gone there.“

As Kim Jaejoong is having a hard time pursuing Japanese activities due to problems with his former agency, the fan said, “I told him I’d wait for him in Japan and he joked, ‘We’re already in Japan’. He kept saying ‘Thank you’ and that made me very happy.“

Netizens who read the fan account left comments such as, “Fans dream of meeting Kim Jaejoong in the street and your dream’s just come true”, “You’ve hit the jackpot. I’m envious”, and “Jaejoong is so kind. He jokes with his fans and he’s so cute.”

Meanwhile, JYJ will be holding a solo concert in Barcelona, Spain on the 29th.

*Notes: Abukawa Mihoko is a member of the comic duo Hokuyou that has been in the scene since 1995.

☆I went to the concert by chance☆

Because of work, I thought I wouldn’t be able to go but by chance, I unexpectedly was able to go yesterday.

Things like that can happen!? I was so shocked that my expression was of a pigeon who was shot by a peashooter.

Because it was too sudden, I could only go alone.

When I arrived at Katsuta Station, I wanted to cry out of excitement but I was all by myself.

When I was trying the suppress my emotions,

a lot of kind people came to me and we shared the same excitements.

There are a lot of nice people. Thank you very much.

To be able to see the 3 of them singing and dancing was like a dream to me, I was so happy.

When I was watching them, my hands unconsciously became hands of a cutesy young girl.

This morning, I unbelievably woke up at 3:30am.

Well everyone, let’s wake up from our dreams and go back to the real world.

Just kidding, I still don’t want to go back to the reality~. (in Yoochun’s style)

FanAccount 111015 JYJ ‘Unforgettable’ Concert In Japan

[FanAccount] 111015 JYJ “Unforgettable” Concert in Japan

When Jaejoong suddenly said that they might sing the song on stage (they seem to have practised a part of the song the day before), the remaining two members seemed really surprised, and had the look of “Really?” “Are you serious?” on their faces. Junsu with the surprised expression on his face was on the big screen at that moment, so I believe it was not planned beforehand. Yoochun also seemed very surprised.

And without any sound checks, they immediately started to sing “kimiga irudakede kagayaite mieta anokorowa nidoto modotteha konaikedo”. Though it was a very short phrase, the acapella version of SBU was so beautiful, it reached the bottom of my heart. I am really grateful that they sung the song.

Jaejoong’s way of saying “Tohoshinki” was full of love, it seems that he treasures the word and meaning so much. Jaejoong also said that there were almost 100 songs of Tohoshinki, and the songs are really beautiful. He also said that it is difficult for them to sing the Toho songs now. From their talks, we came to know that they are sometimes hearing the Tohoshinki (5 members’) songs in their cars. I can sense that they really treasure the songs they sung as Tohoshinki. Thank you, JYJ.

[FANACCOUNT] I Miss You… TVXQ5

I always missed these five guys a lot,,,
But these days, I miss them more than ever
Today, for some odd reason, I miss watching them
Singing on stage together more than ever

How much I cried because I missed them…
Now, all I can do this laugh at this situation,,,

But what am I to do..
When I listen to JYJ songs, I find myself dividing the parts to fit Yunho and Changmin
I keep searching for five voices when there’s only three singing
I do that…

Sometimes, I’ll look at a picture of the five of them and smile because it feels full
But then I’ll spot a small division in passing, and start crying again

Just because I miss them
Just because I miss them more than ever today,
I write this because there could be someone out there
Who is feeling exactly what I’m feeling

Hwaiting JYJCY!!!

Let’s keep waiting for them with a strong heart
Until they find their place again by our sides
I’m thinking of waiting for them till then,
even if I have to wait till the day I die

We will wait for you, like we always have and always will
Because waiting and longing, are things that we’ve become used to
We will wait
No matter what others say, no matter how much they call us foolish
We will wait like we always have
So all you have to do is return
Please……

But my heart was pounding SO SO much and then Jaejoong was like..GORRGEOUUUSSSS..and Yoochun and Junsu were fine too!!

They had so much baggage!! and the WHOLE CREW was there and it was just so so amazing! I almost fainted!!

FanAccount 110527 Junsu At The hotel in LA + Sign & Hug (A Bit of JJ Too)

Posted on May 29, 2011 by chaelwest
3

[Fanaccount] 110527 Junsu at the hotel in LA+sign & Hug

(A bit of JJ too)

So I was really determined to see JYJ at their hotel before the concert since I had missed my chance during the showcase in November. Plus it would be my last chance since idk when they’ll come back again. It’s so hard to find out where they are since fans don’t usually announce it to everyone, which is understandable though. LUCKILY on Wednesday someone told me on twitter that JYJ were spotted at the JW Marriott. Even though I wasn’t 100% positive it was the hotel, since I hadn’t heard it from an actual fan who saw, I decided to go anyways and really hoped it was true!

Alright, so I had arrived a little before 6am at the hotel alone. I know, really early XD But my only ride was for my dad to drop be off before work since he works in LA anyways. Of course it was pretty empty at that time, so I found a seat with a good view of the guest room elevators^^

And so the waiting began~ Btw, the hotel staff never said anything to me. I was surprised cuz I sat there pretty much the whole day LOL. Alright so 3-4 hours went by, I was so hungry cuz all I had for breakfast was a granola bar ToT But I DID NOT want to take my eyes off the elevator! I tweeted and texted ppl a bit, that passed just a little time haha. I wished there was free wifi cuz that would have occupied me more, but I had my music I had also prepared in my mind what I wanted to say in Japanese since I knew a little. Around this time I was starting to think maybe it wasn’t the hotel cuz I felt like I had been waiting forever already (9am was still pretty early though lol). I was still hoping really bad though!

BUT THEN!!!

At 10am, two people came from the elevators. First thing I noticed was the light brown hair! Then I realized it was JUNSU!!! OMG IT’S REALLY JUNSU!! MY HEART WAS BEATING SO FAST! I immediately threw my stuff in my bag and quickly went over to Junsu! I was like “Omg Junsu!” and he smiled happily and said “Hi!” I wish you guys could have seen that! He was SO CUTE! I saw his eyes through his glasses! I had EYE CONTACT. I was about to get out my “The Beginning” album I brought but realized I left it at the table! DDD: So I thought Okay, I should just ask for a hug right now! So I said “Junsu, can I get a hug?” But of course he didn’t understand me. He was ADORABLY CONFUSED and just smiled. They continued walking towards the small cafe-like place in the hotel and I went back to my table to pick up my album. Omg I was shaking of excitement! I saw Junsu and the guy waiting in line and I went over to wait right outside of it. THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS WAS THAT I WAS THE ONLY FAN THERE AT THIS TIME!

Junsu was just playing or something on his iPad. I waited until he wasn’t busy to ask for his autograph. I was kinda hiding too cuz I didn’t want him to see me cuz I’ll feel like a creep…maybe I am? LOL. So he finally sat down while the guy ordered their coffee and stuff and he was still on his iPad.

So I went up to him and asked “Junsu, can you sign please?” and handed over my album. He smiled and took it and started to sign it. He asked “What’s your name?” but I didn’t understand him at first, not cuz of his English but cuz I was busy trying to get my camera out to record it. So I was like “Oh! My name? It’s Larissa” and spelled it out for him. I managed to record him signing and handing it back over to me I said “Thank you! I hope you have fun!” (I planned to say this in Japanese but I totally BLANKED OUT LOL) Then I set my camera on the table and tried asking again for a hug again “Can I get a hug?” But he was still confused so I asked again “Can I get a hug?” and gestured with my hand this time and he finally understood and gave me a hug and said “Ok ok” It was just a one arm hug, since he was sitting but OMG I WAS SO HAPPY I GOT A HUG FROM JUNSU! I said “Thank you so much!” and walked back to my seat. The thought of asking for a picture with him DID cross my mind for a sec, but I felt like I asked for enough already and didn’t want to bother him. Go back to your iPad, Junsu haha ^o^ Omg & when I talked to him my voice became kinda girly XDD What had you done to me, Junsu??!! LOL!

Anyways, I could have sat closer so I could see him better but I didn’t wanna do that haha. I really don’t like to be creepy, but I wanted to record him so I just went back to my original seat farther away and recorded a little. My friend Ana called at that time so I was spazzing on the phone with her, “I’M LOOKING AT JUNSU RIGHT NOW!!” LMAO! You should have seen how shaky I was, my voice all shaky too XDD It felt kinda like when it’s freezing and you’re like burrr! Lol! So as I was talking on the phone, I saw Junsu & the guys walk back towards the elevators with their coffee and breakfast (?). I recorded him walking by^^ He actually went to the valet parking elevators so he had left D: (I found out later he went Disneyland! hahaha!) I didn’t see him anymore after that (

Here’s my personally signed album!:

So after about an hour I calmed down a bit after texting & tweeting to my friends XD I was back to waiting at my spot. Let me try to quickly get to the Jaejoong part! I had also been waiting for a friend from twitter to come, but she didn’t end up going until the evening. My friend Julie came over around 12-1pm to wait too and I finally got a chance to quickly grab some food and Starbucks close by while she watched XD I WAS STARVING! TOT I think I slept for a few minutes too. A couple hours went by and Julie had to leave. I had been sleepy for couple hours already, but I had to stay alert! :O I was thinking If one of them comes out soon (Well, it’d have to be JJ since Chun was still in Korea), I’ll definitely wake up! >< THEN AT 3:30PM!! I saw two people come out from the elevators, but I had paid attention to the wrong guy at first! Hmm who’s that guy? Ah nevermind, it’s no one… But then I saw the guy walking beside him! They were walking towards the front entrance to leave. I was like Wait! That beanie! Those jeans! THAT STYLE!! Could it be…??!! So I got up to get a closer look, cuz I was still unsure. Then I saw his hair color and a bit of his face! (But he was wearing sunglasses). OMG!! JAEJOONG??! IT IS HIM!! But he left too quick and I realized it too slow so I didn’t have a chance to go up to him!! DDDX Plus there had been 2 fans sitting on the couches by the entrance earlier, but I guess they left. So I thought the girl sitting there now was one of them and was thinking Why isn’t she getting up and going up to him?? It’s Jaejoong! But I realized she was just a regular guest LOL. I couldn’t even record or take a pic cuz I was busy wondering if it was really Jaejoong Dx I just saw him leave in a white car (which I was told was probably Mrs. Egg’s car). After that, I was REALLY alert and awake. I went to get a better seat of the entrance, since they were both out now, they’ll come back through the entrance. Sadly I didn’t see them again ( (Yoochun hadn’t arrived in LA, so there was no way to see him then. But I saw him in the car after the concert, except he left and there was a big crowd of fans) I left the hotel at 6pm, wished I could have stayed longer, but I was happy with what I got!^^ I also met 2 other cassies who there I think a couple hours before I left. Sorry if this was too long! D: Thanks if you read all this! It was the first time I ever got to see any of them outside of a concert really close! Ahh Junsu was so cute and good looking! (I did see how good looking JYJ were at the Showcase last year cuz I was at the floor, but this was different!) I loved the eye contact so much! Junsu smiling and looking right at you is just….gaaah! X3 He’s such an angel and he was soo sweet! I’ll always remember this day! <333 Oh and here’s my fancam!:

Translation 110528 “I’ve Never Seen Anyone With As…

[Translation] 110528 “I’ve Never Seen Anyone With As Much Emotion Naturally Embedded In Their Voice As Junsu.”

These days, the focal point of K-pop is vocal talent. The vocal talent of singers has come under scrutiny through auditions or survival programs and the movement is so fervent that one wonders if there ever really was a time when the meaning of a singer as ‘a person who sings’ was lost to the appearance of idol groups. Some shake nervously as they sing in front of audience evaluators on TV survival programs while one congressman declared that lip syncing should be banned to stop the constant activities of singers who can dance but not sing.

Many think that singers are born with extraordinary vocal skills. But the nation’s best vocal trainer Park Seon Joo(40), who is also a singer, composer and teacher to many stars, says, “That’s not true.” She has been a vocal trainer for 10 years, during a time when most people didn’t even know what a vocal trainer was, and has raised many famous stars such as TVXQ, Cool, SG Wannabe, Yoon Mirae, Kim Bum Soo and Ref. She recently taught top stars such as Lee Bum Soo, Lee Byung Hun and Jung Woo Sung.

(omitted)

Countless singers and actors have passed through Park Seon Joo’s hands, leaving her with that many deep memories. “I met JYJ’s Xiah Junsu when he was in the 8th grade. Because he was going through puberty, we focused on vocalization methods. I’ve never seen anyone with as much emotion naturally embedded in their voice as Junsu.”

FAN ACCOUNT JYJ in VANCOUVER

On Saturday 21st May 2011, @ctoast said:

This JYJ World Concert – Vancouver stop fan account is dedicated to the wonderful @Spring_Breezes, who is the most awesome JYJ fangirl ever. Thanks for always answering my random tweets, and making me smile w/ your spazzing! 😀

First of all, I don’t think I ever properly introduced myself. I’m definitely a “noona” fan also, although I’m not THAT much older than the boys (lol!). I support JYJ from DBSK. I will always remember them with fond memories from when they were 5, but now I’m a JYJ supporter.

Vancouver is my home town, so when I found out they were coming here, I was quite excited, but at the same time apprehensive. Vancouver is not exactly a town where Asian concerts always sell out. Even the biggest acts from Asia (like Jay Chou) don’t sell out at Rogers Arena. So I was hoping JYJ would choose a smaller venue when they came. Alas, Rogers Arena it was, and I already knew in the back of my mind it would be hard to fill up, but I was hoping for the best.

You may be disappointed to hear that the venue wasn’t full. As I said, I can’t say I’m surprised, but I can offer some additional reasons as to maybe why it wasn’t that full. a) It’s Victoria Day long weekend Friday for Canadians, and most people usually take out of town trips for this weekend; b) It’s Game 3 of the Canucks vs San Jose hockey playoffs, and Vancouver is a huge hockey town so some potential casual concert goers might choose hockey instead; c) I honestly didn’t see any promotion around town. I thought there would be at least a poster in H-Mart (local Korean super market). I might be wrong, but even a week before the concert I didn’t see any posters? The local newspaper listed “JYJ” as a concert event, but surprisingly had no information on it (it usually gives a quick blurb). I think all these factors added to less ticket sales than expected. Despite that, I think there were a couple thousand ppl at the venue, which is impressive despite the above. So I think everyone should be satisfied and proud of JYJ, as they had a lot of odds to go against!

I took a friend of mine to the concert. She doesn’t really know anything about JYJ, but she was nice enough to give it a try. I have to say I was a bit distracted during the concert by making sure my friend was enjoying herself. I gave her a red light stick to wave around (lol). So my fan account is not the most detailed ever, sorry!

We arrived at 8pm sharp, and the concert started at around 8:25. The concert allowed small cameras, but anything big would be taken away. The stage was two tiered, with a raised area with steps coming down, and a main stage that included a protruding area that went into the floor seats. I sat to the right of the stage (non floor seats). There were 3 big screens behind the stage which provided everyone with great views of what was going on.

I’m proud to say that Vancouver fans chanted “JYJ”, and “JYJ” only! I am really proud!

When the boys finally came on stage to sing Empty, all I could honestly do was cover my mouth and go “GASP!” It felt so surreal finally seeing them in person, after years of staring at them thru a computer screen. My friend poked me and asked “which one do you like best again? This one?” I look up and there was Jaejoong’s face on the giant screen. I let out quite an undignified squeal, because his hair was straightened!!!! 😀 I was so happy it wasn’t the “poodle perm” as my coworkers called it, because honestly in my mind Jaejoong’s perfect straight hair is a draw for me to see the concerts! (yeah sorry, I’m one of THOSE fans that obsesses about his hair lol. That’s why @Spring_Breezes I laughed so hard at your Jaejoong bald comments!)

The boys sound AMAZING live, especially Junsu. Jaejoong wasn’t bad either, but Yoochun was a bit hard to hear. Yoochun did look extremely tired, so hopefully he’ll get some rest?

The song list was basically the same as the ones at the other concerts, except there was no Unnamed Song Part 1. I guess they decided that 8+ mins of rap in Korean wasn’t suitable for a North American audience. Hopefully it’ll come back for the other stops, as I personally think it’s great!

All their dancing was really good, and Ayyy Girl is 1000000 times better live than on the album! I think it was Mission when they came out, and Yoochun wore… just a weird strap thing under his jacket without a top?!?! Did he do that at the other concerts too?! I don’t remember, so my reaction was “Is he really topless under that jacket?!! o_0”. He was really skinny, I hope he gets more rest after the drama. (umm.. always keep the health?!! XD)

The boys didn’t really speak much at the concert, and Yoochun did most of the talking in English (just the usual “are you guys having fun?” type phrases). Junsu spoke a bit too (so, so cute!!), but I think Jaejoong kept just saying “arigatou” in Japanese?? lol! maybe he said “thank you” too, I don’t quite remember. My non-fan friend said she was impressed with their English, and that it was better than she thought it’d be. so good job, JYJ!

Overall, the concert was AMAZING, worth every penny I paid (and I paid for my friend’s ticket too! lol). it’s just so great to see them live, and you can totally appreciate what great artists they are. I’m sure other fan accounts go into more details, like Jaejoong making a cute smile when he almost (or did he?) miss the que for one of the new songs (was it boy’s letter or you’re?), and Jaejoong and Yoochun making eye contact and smiling at each other on stage, or when the two made “you go first!” gestures to each other during one of the songs. These little moments are what make me love JYJ, and I’m so glad I got to see them in person. I also believe some coordinated fan message signs were held up like at other concerts, but because we arrived at the venue late we didn’t know what was being done.

I’m sooo happy that I went to the concert, and I’m sure everyone who went would agree it was incredible. You know how people make lists of things they want to do before they die, like climb the sydney harbour bridge or see the pyramids in Egypt? Well one of mine is to “see a JYJ concert, anywhere in the world, with my best friend”. When we first made this resolution together JYJ was still only active mainly in Korea/Japan. Who would have guessed we can actually see them in North America? We are so lucky that they decide to tour here. So everyone please go support, bring your friends! I’m flying down to LA to see them again w/ my best friend, and paid for another ticket for a friend in LA. (ok as a Noona Fan it’s hard for me to learn the flash mob but I can provide financial support 🙂 My non-fan friend said at the end tonight “The show was really good, and I don’t even know any of their songs!” So please show support if you can, hope to see lots of you in LA!

FANACC 110518 Yunho at Toronto Pearson International Airport

Wow! What a morning! One I will remember for the rest of my life!

The night Yunho’s Incheon pictures were posted, I freaked out when I saw that he was coming to Toronto. I instantly started to figure out everything about his flight and at what time he would be arriving.

After me and my friends finished making plans, we went to bed. But, with all the excitement, I couldn’t sleep till 5AM! O.O And I had to wake up at 7AM to get ready and be there on time!

I got up to my “Keep Your Head Down” alarm tune (;DDD) but it was already 7:55AM! :O I got up right away! Got dressed in a hurry and left. It was raining hard. Walked in so much rain, got all wet, but finally sat in the bus, my hear beating faster with every second. Thoughts such as, “omg! What if I miss him?!” kept coming up in my head. So, I called a taxi and paid for it JUST so I could get there before Yunho came!

I got to the airport (around 9:40ish) and found the terminal that he would be coming in. My friends were already there waiting for him! Thankfully, I wasn’t late though! xD

We sat down and waited for 10 o’clock to come (which is when his flight was said to arrive). We couldn’t believe that we were all actually here and waiting for Yunho, THE Yunho!, to come!

It was 10:10..and they reported that the flight was delayed. T^T We waited. It was 10:20 and the flight had FINALLY arrived! We all got our cameras ready. We waited for him to come out. We guessed that if he had the express pass, he’d be out in 5 minutes….nope. 10:25..no sign of him -_-”

then we guessed that he might be a little late because of baggage problems…but no sign of him anywhere! “maybe he left through the side door…maybe there’s a VIP exit T^T” we kept thinking these horrible thoughts and getting hopeless.

10:45. He should be here by now even if he DOESN’T have express pass! but no! D: The air hostesses start to walk out one by one. With every person exiting the doors, we get our cameras ready, only to be disappointed and put them down again.

11:00. It’s getting hopeless. Everyone’s talking about till what time they’re willing to wait and if they’re gonna leave and disappointed things like that. There were around 30-40 fans there, so Yunho didn’t have to worry about getting mobbed by 100s of people xD

Some time after that, the doors open and girls right in front of the doors start to scream. I was standing on the right side, so I didn’t get the first glance of him. My reaction when I heard the girls screaming and taking pics: *jaw drop!* OMG! He’s actually HERE?! We guessed the correct time and location?! OMGOMGOMG

My heart’s pounding. The doors are wide open. My eyes are glued to the door. And just so casually, out walks Yunho with a great big smile on his face. I momentarily forget about everything in th world. Just looking at Yunho without a screen in between, was SO mind-blowing! I noticed he was wearing the same clothes as he wore in Incheon!! OMG the colours of his top were so beautiful! *-*

He starts to walk right. I finally get my head straight, just enough to start recording with my video cam. He waves to all the fans, smiling. All the fans automatically reply, “hi!” or “anyeonghasayo!” I’m sure he would have said something if he knew english or if we knew korean xP

He’s walking. The fans are running to keep him in their camera views. I run too. I get a bit closer to him.

We walk down the hall. We follow him where ever he goes. He walks by the wall. He turns around, maybe to see where is coordinators are at, but someone just flashes his face >.< He turns back and he's just walking so calmly. The fans don't touch him or do anything inappropriate. There's really no need for a body guard. We're all so well behaved and keeping our distance ^^ I run around and try to get in front of Yunho, but he turns the other way. I follow him out the other door. Now, I'm about 2 meters away from him! :O And I can't see anyone but him. I have no idea where my friends are or anything else that's happening. It's just Yunho for me. When we get out of the airport, a girl tries to give him a letter she wrote to him. He looks at it and takes it from her hand! So sweet of Yunho! We are walking across the road and with every step, I'm moving closer to him! Until one point, I'm standing right beside him!!! At this point, I have no idea what my camera is recording because I'm too busy looking at Yunho's face! XD (but you can see Yunho's moobs up close on my fancam ;D LOL he's so tall that that's what my camera ended up recording at that time) I take a deep breath and call his name, "Yunho." He turns his head a little towards me. I hold out a paper and pen and ask, "can you please sign?" He so very kindly waves his hand to single "no" and says something very shyly in Korean (probably "sorry" in Korean). I don't say anything after that and walk beside him. I don't mind that he said no, but he said it in such a caring and polite way and THAT itself was much more than the sign. He's so sweet to his fans! XD <3 BUT! His voice! It was my goal to hear him speak live, with my own ears. And when he did say something, I was in awe. His voice was so sweet and shy yet smooth. I loved that moment! <3 We reach the paying area and Yunho has to stop. The fans burst out laughing because he can't walk away from us anymore and just turns around and looks at us. He turns around, covering his mouth (I dunno why he did that :s) and says, "anyeonghasayooo. kamsahamnidaaa." Then he waves both of his hands and smiles at us. I was SO lucky to be right in the front! xD Just then, the coordinator steps in a tells everyone to back off. We respectfully do what he wants. We didn't want Yunho to feel too uncomfortable... With Yunho standing there, a girl shouts out, "Toronto love you!" He very nicely smiles and bows his head in thanks. He kept talking to the Asian coordi in Korean. Wish there were subtitles there! T^T LOL At some point, someone takes a picture of Yunho with flash on and the Asian coordinator goes like, "no picture. no picture." The coordinator then says, "okay guys. we have to go now." All the fans say, "bye!!" Yunho seems a bit confused at this moment. He's covering his mouth with his hand again... The Asian coordi said something in Korean with the word "Cassiopeia" in it! I dunno why, but that really pleased me. It wow-ed me. Wow! I was a part of Cassiopeia! The red ocean! I was one of DBSK's fans! It really took me by surprise because I haven't been a Cassy for too long. Only 4 months! Then the white coordi says, "oh it's the other way. The elevator.." (>.<" lost coordi...) The fans laugh as Yunho turns around to walk toward us. They walk around and call the elevator. The elevator doors open. Just as Yunho gets in the elevator, he waves at us again. We instantly shout back, "byeee! we love you! thank you! bye!!" He waves again and again smiling at us. The coordi says, "have a great day folks!" We all shout, "byeeee!!" this time a little louder and cheer for him. The elevator doors close and we cheer out of excitement the loudest we can shout! I grab my friend and start jumping up and down! The elevator doors open again. And we quiet down right away so that we don't give Yunho a headache :P I felt a bit awkward at this moment because the doors opened again when everyone had started to already walk away. And with the doors open again, it would be really weird to go back to recording again. >.> I dunno if you know what I mean..

Finally the doors closed again and Yunho was gone..

The excitement began after that. I couldn’t believe what had just happened! My mind was just dazzled and I couldn’t think straight. How did he look SO PERFECT after having such a long flight?! He was barely wearing any make-up (I think) and he still looked flawless! His hair was SUCH a nice vivid red! I was amazed at his hair because the colour always seemed so much darker in the videos I see of him. He’s definitely moved up my bias list! xD

[Fanaccount] 110423 JYJ World Tour Concert In Taiwan

The heartfelt performance of the singers and the listeners affection.

The most memorable and touching part of today’s concert was at last when the three of them held hands, facing the audience and bow to thank the fans. The expressions of the three when they saw the entire venue holding up banners with “JYJ Start Afresh”: Jaejoong’s eyes were red, tears at the corner in Junsu’s eyes and Yoochun’s determined eyes, you can deeply feel that they are sincerely thanking the fans and the crowd was supporting wholeheartedly.

On stage and off stage, at the instance when eyes met and emotions interact, it is not those usual concert when one just has the enjoyment of the audios or a joyful atmosphere, there is also the existence of most touching “love” between people.

We were so lucky, to be able to hear them sing, to witness them performing seriously on stage, listening to their marvellous voices, and yet experience the true feelings of the moment at the ending part….. This, probably the reason why we love them so much.

Lastly I want to shout out loudly: Park Yoochun, you performed excellently today, sang well, danced well, smiled well and the last sentence, Taiwan, JYJ thank all of you(if I did not remember wrongly), made me love you more!!

Fanaccount 110402 JYJ World Tour Concert – Thailand…

[Fanaccount] 110402 JYJ World Tour Concert – Thailand Concert Stage

The concert stage was designed in such a way that there’s a main stage, one main extended stage and 2 side extended stages as well as another extended portion in the middle and right at the end of it. In short, it is a huge square boxing with a cross stage in the middle. On each side of the 2nd portion of the extended stage, there’s an inflated platform which acts like a sub stage for the main stage. I saw that there were stairs that leads down to the mosh pit and for a second I thought they were going to go down to “greet” the fans. How dangerous!

Concert Seats

First of all, I am very glad that the whole venue was so filled with fans and almost all carrying a red lightstick which lights up the whole arena in red. Level 1 is only made up of VIPs – seated beside the console system and 4 mosh pits, level 2 the 4500 baht and 5000 baht tickets and the rest of the section is at level 3. There were helpful staff. There are Korean, Japanese majority Thai, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and more~ fans at the arena! World JYJ fans gathering here!

Concert Adverts & Banners

There were a lot of concert adverts and banners both inside and outside the arena. At the main “gate” before entering into the arena, there was a huge JYJ in Bangkok Concert poster. Fan-made banners from over many countries can be found at Level 1. Inside the concert hall, there were at least about 10 banners by fans. There were also fan chants by fans and 411 Entertainment too! I’m so happy they put in so much efforts to make it such wonderful memories for both fans and JYJ.

I’m so happy they put in so much efforts to make it such wonderful memories for both fans and JYJ.

Concert Stereo Sound System
Basically, I do not like the volume(?) of the sound system because most of JYJ songs are fast tracks and most of the korean songs have heavy beats. With that sound system, it makes it hard for me to be able to listen to their vocals. I realize I hate the bass from the sound system right at the first song that kicked off the whole concert.

JYJ Entrance
When I was seated at my seat, I started to glance around the area because I had so much expectation in the whole staging – JaeJoong oppa was the main director for the whole concert. I had to admit my expectation for the whole concert was indeed very high. On the main stage, there were 3 transparent boxes placed right in the middle of the stage. It was very obvious that that was going to be the way they will be entering into the concert. Thus making me feel excited about what the first song will be. (Note: I had no idea of the song list. I don’t wish to know either.) The concert didn’t start officially until 20 minutes pass the official time. But the wait was all worthwhile. The fans started to cheer to get JYJ on stage and getting all excited. The concert kick off with an introduction video to the concert. It was basically images from their “The Beginning” hair styles and outfits. The background music of the clip manage to hit up the atmosphere a little.

Empty
It’s one of my favourite song from their English album because of the lyrics. I think they chose the right song to start off. It really get the fans high. I also realized that they changed a little of their style in singing the song. It was different from the album. That was good and kinda unexpected. But because of the sound system, the background of the music was actually louder than their vocals. But I wasn’t disappointed or anything because their vocals are great. Throughout the song, they have been moving around the main stage and making full use of the boxes by going in and coming out. At the end of the song, they were few steps off the main stage.

I deal scenario
The second song is a korean song, also a fast track. There were lasers which I thought suits the atmosphere and pace of the song. For this song, they started travelling down the middle extended stage. And, of course they didn’t fail to get fans at the most pit all excited because of that. At the end of the song, they were at the end of the extended stage. Somehow, the bass for this song wasn’t as bad as Empty. I was able to hear their lyrics perfectly. Maybe because it was in Korean? I don’t know.

Pierrot
For this song, they were standing on an inflated platform on the main stage. They wasn’t moving much and they can’t either but it that didn’t stop them from putting all that passion into performing this song. Although it wasn’t hard to hear their vocals but the bass was just too loud. That was how the song is anyways.

Chang
It was just a short verse that JaeJoong sang. Many fans were anticipating it. Junsu and YuChun were looking at JaeJoong when he was singing the song and all 3 of them smiled. I need to say, JaeJoong cheated! He was supposed to sing the whole small verse of that 1 minute song but he only sang a couple of lines and passed it on to fans. Did he forget the lyrics? Maybe he did, because his smile gave him away.

Be My Girl Flash Mob
This song started out with the normal version for one verse and then it changed to the remix version. Fans were to do flash mob with them during certain parts of the song. The members moved down towards all sides of the extended stage to get fans to dance along. I’m sorry that I didn’t dance along because I seriously had no time to practice at all. I’m guilty, yes. But JYJ was totally excited about the flash mob dance, especially Junsu! As usual, Junsu was sexy with his dance. They were actually playful with the music and dance. Getting all hyper.

Be the One
They were basically singing and dancing to the whole song on the main stage and from time to time, there were special effects. And JaeJoong did a stare into the camera, acting cool? which got fans screaming. He succeeded if he really did want that.

Ayyy Girl
This song was performed with 6 of their male dancers. Nothing to pick on about their dance moves. I need to say, compared to before, JaeJoong’s dance did improve over the past year especially. But sometimes, he need to stop staring too much at the ground. Maybe he was looking for marks on stage? They started moving to the other parts of the stage during the rap in the middle. And Junsu was dancing passionately. Again, this song showcased how good they are dancing and singing at the same time – their stamina built up over the years.

Micky Solo – I love you
Flowsik was there as guest appearance! Totally didn’t see that coming! (I didn’t check out the news. Or rather, I couldn’t be bothered.) There were 2 huge cages on the stage. The dance was totally sexy. YuChun danced with their female dancers and it was just so sexy that I bet many fans were jealous about their dancers! The part when he was singing right at the middle of the extended stage and 4 female dancers surrounding him dancing were just so intense. He was singing with so much passion trying to protray the lyrics of the song. It was good performance.

There was a special performace by JYJ’s dancers which JYJ prepared and rested for the next song. The special performance arrangement was great!

Mission
The song started with people playing drums and then in comes the music. Somehow, i love the bass from the stereo for this song. The intro dance was a great performance. Junsu was in the middle. I must say, his dance always surprises me. He always gets better. There was laser show for this song as well which fits perfectly to the atmosphere. I, personally, don’t like the song in the album but it sounds great live. This song is supposed to be sung live. I love Yuchun’s rap! It is actually difficult to sing and dance at the same time to such a song but they, JYJ, managed! Those were powerful dance moves.

Junsu Solo – I can soar
Junsu’s english did improve! I feel the need to credit him for that! Somehow his voice was a miracle that I heard his vocals so well as compared to the background music. It wasn’t easy because it would be obvious for a slow song if he didn’t get his pronounciation right! If he sounded so in a huge concert arena, I can’t image how good he could sound in an enclosed small area.

JaeJoong solo – Still in Love
Another favourite of mine from their english album because of the lyrics. This boy, he really knows how to get close to fans. He appeared on the last extended stage. And danced in some parts with female dancers. He protrayed the song somewhat different from the album. He surprised me. He took of his jacket in the middle of the song and danced with another female dancer which resulted in ear deafening screams. He’s the most popular in Thailand afterall – but he always claim he wasn’t.

Nameless Song
I was very much taken aback when YuChun came out rapping. It didn’t hit me when JaeJoong started the song. I thought it was a new song. YuChun started rapping at the main stage then he moved down the extended stage. Then a sofa appeared right in the middle of the extended stage. I wonder if JaeJoong was the one who planned that. YuChun sat down at the white sofa and rapped a verse. It was perfect setting. The harmony of JaeSu’s voices with YuChun’s rap for the singing parts was just so nice that the song was sang live. They were totally engrossed in the song. And it is so obviously all 3 of them put in so much efforts to sing this song to fans. I almost cried out at the song. I bet so many fans out there would have wanted to hear this song live. But if only non-korean fans remembered what all the lyrics were all about.

Found You
I was totally expecting this song. They started walking around the extended stages to make full use of it. There were a lot of fan interactions with this whole song. JYJ was waving non stop and staring at fans in all directions. Especially so for the part “I love you…” for the lyrics. They were playful with the ending of the song. I could see JaeJoong grinning.

Fallen Leaves
My favourite song out of the whole album because of the lyrics and composition. The bass wasn’t as loud because of the background music. Their vocals were very clear. The fans were cheering out to each member as they took turns to sing. But I wondered were they able to hear it? I need to praise Junsu for his vocals in this song. Hearing the song live means so much to me. I am able to appreciate the song every better now. Because their live really touches. Of course it was also because I understood the lyrics perfectly. For this song, they started walking around the outer circumference of the stage. Starting to make full use of the stage design. I had really high expectations for this song sung live and they really live it up!

Four new Korean Songs
The songs were composed 2 by JYJ and 2 by another composer. I love all the 4 songs that were sang yesterday. And especially so for the lyrics and how meaningful they are. They were all songs from JYJ to fans. I believe so. The 4 songs are of 4 different genres and they lyrics were well-written. It gave me the feeling that it was well prepared over time and not rushing into the preparation of the songs. Thumbs up for that! But one thing i want to point out is, it’s a new song and there were no lyrics provided. So, even if fans want to understand what JYJ was singing, they couldn’t. And maybe because they couldn’t, they weren’t able to appreciate the song as much as people who understood Korean. Had lyrics were given out or maybe put on sceen, fans were have been able to make translations and help other fans to understand what exactly they were singing.

Encore song – Empty remix

Overall
I really need to give credits to JYJ for making this whole concert such a success. Bangkok Day 1 was the first start and through their performance, I can see how desperately they wanted to stand on the stage and sing for fans. They were in very good conditions. There were still quite a number of empty seats left even 2 days before the concert. But fans were rushing to get tickets at the venue itself thus making it a full house. You really need to watch this performace live. They really did make improvements over the past year and you’ll need to see and judge it yourself. You’ll regret not going. JaeJoong must have felt so stressful and excited about his first project as a concert director. I believe fans reaction and the atmosphere that night was the best answer for him.
