[Info] 111012 World Vision Japan: JYJ’s Message Of Support Delivered To Disaster Site

 

JYJ’s support message, “From Korea, we wish for the recovery and rehabilitation of the affected communities in Great Northeast Japan.”

Korean male group JYJ, who is supporting children in developing countries as child sponsors. Even during the Tohoku Earthquake this time, immediately after it happened, we received 600 million won in donations from them, through World Vision Korea.

6 months after the disaster, on September, a support message from JYJ was once again delivered to those who attended the support event by World Vision Japan at the temporary shelters in Miyako City in Iwate Prefecture.

A woman who is moving into the temporary housing said with a smile, “We received support from so many people, so we want to express our gratitude.”

Recently, Kpop FM was approached by CJES to help in their promotion for JYJ events in Europe.
Thus, they are having an event right now and will be offering one ticket each for the Barcelona and Berlin shows.

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, 15th October
Time: 9pm to 12 midnight (France Time)
What: They will broadcast JYJ songs during the 3 hours and will offer one ticket for Barcelona show and one ticket for Berlin show

 

To participate, you just have to :

The music video of ‘Get Out… Good bye’ by JYJ, who have been chosen as the CF models for one of LG Electronics’ phone, was released on the LG Mobile homepage.


Beginning with a narration by the member Park Yoochun, the song shows the member appearing in a red sports car. He drew attention for completely contrasting with the sports car he was riding by wearing a black suit.

But what drew more attention from the netizens was the car’s license plate. The license plate says 64 Jeo 6002 with the 64 representing Park Yoochun’s birth date of the 4th of June while 6002 is meant to sound like Yoochun’s name. Park Yoochun’s Twitter username is 6002themicky, which is a mixture of 6002 and ‘micky’ from his stage name ‘Micky Yoochun’.

Netizens who saw this said, “Is that a coincidence? That’s so interesting”, “It’s amazing that his name and birth date are on his license plate”, “Is that Park Yoochun’s real car? I’m curious”, and “I knew there was something cool about that license plate…”

Songs Of Comfort: “Shelter” and “I Love You More Than You’ll Ever Know”

You know, the reason we all fell in love with DBSK and still love JYJ and HoMin is because of the music and the wonderful young men producing the music. When it seems as if blue drops are raining upon all of our heads, we can go to music to express how we feel. I have always loved “Shelter”, and it makes me sad that it cannot be sung by our guys, but this song expresses what we as a fandom/’fanily’ have to offer and what they have to offer us. Shelter means a wall of protection, a mutual cover over our heads, and love for our hearts. As I listen, I feel so close to these marvelous young men who have walked with us, and with whom we have shared a remarkable journey.

This is a life changing adventure and the second song I have here, Michael Ruff’s “I Love You More Than You’ll Ever Know” says how much we are sincere in our love toward JYJCY.

This is a real love for those of us who walk in a nurturing way–praying and fighting everyday to keep our guys happy and fulfilled, because they make us happy in return. I’m sure that each of you can think of songs that express this more because we all are different, but Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu, Changmin, and Yunho–these songs are for you to let you know that we will never leave your side as long as you need us.

Fans had high hopes for “In Heaven“, but it seems the restrictions imposed on JYJ are still going strong, as the trio recently revealed that their album still can’t be performed on air (despite charting at the top for four weeks in a row now).

Representatives of JYJ revealed, “We have never received an offer to perform on music programs. Even if we bring the album with us to meet them, they never call back. The album is creating waves on the Hanteo chart right now but it’s not being reflected onto the music program charts, which we find difficult to understand.”

They continued, “Music programs weren’t able to give a logical and fair reason as to why they were rejecting JYJ, but it seems they just simply don’t care anymore and are acting like they don’t notice what’s going on.”

Despite the cold treatment, the boys are going strong, selling out their European tour and being invited to foreign festivals left and right.

NEWS  JYJ  First Album “In Heaven” Qualifies For Gaon Charts!

Following negotiations, JYJ’s releases, including their recently-released first album “IN HEAVEN”, are now qualified to be ranked on Gaon Charts.

According to an affiliate of Gaon, “The distributor, A&G Mods, was not a member firm of the Gaon Chart and so tracking (the copies sold for the chart) was impossible. Currently we are in the middle of final negotiations over the number of copies sold and reflection of that number on the chart.”

Also, an official statement was released via Gaon’s homepage, “The negotiations with JYJ’s (album) distributor, A&G Mods, is currently ongoing. If we are early, from October 10th the data for the copies sold during the month of September will be reflected (on their chart position).”

The Gaon Chart bases its rankings not only on sales figures provided by album distrubutors, but also from M2M, an album distribution center. C-Jes Entertainment, JYJ’s agency, was not a Gaon member, nor did it distribute albums through M2M. Due to this, Gaon could not track JYJ’s sales figures until an agreement with JYJ and C-Jes was made.

C-Jes has recently reported that “IN HEAVEN” has sold over 350,000 copies as of early October, and it is at fifth place for male groups, and sixth place overall on Hanteo’s January-September chart.
