In order to produce the CM clip for the new song “Winter Rose”, which will be included in the newest single 『Winter ～Winter Rose / Duet – winter ver. -』to be released on November 30th, we would like to invite you to submit your photographs! Please read the following important instructions and application policies before submission.

【Application Guidelines】
■ Theme: Photos taken with family members, friends, or significant others (male-female pair)
■ Eligible Criteria: No specific criteria. However, minor applicants require their guardians’ authority consents.
■ How to apply: Please go to the application page HERE and fill out the application form.

※ Application from cell phones are also acceptable. However, oversea applications are limited to PC. (Cell phone application requires data transmission fee)
※ The submitted photographs will not be returned. Please understand this situation beforehand.

■ Application Period: 20:00 JST, November 18th, 2011 ～ 23:59 JST, November 25th, 2011.
＊Accepted photographs will be disclosed in TVCM or published on websites including Official Homepage.
＊The broadcasting time of TVCM will not be informed.

In order to produce the CM clip for the new song “Winter Rose”, which will be included in the newest single 『Winter ～Winter Rose / Duet – winter ver. -』to be released on November 30th, we would like to invite you to submit your photographs!
Please read the following important instructions and application policies before submission.

Application Period: Noon JST (temporary), November 18th, 2011 ～ 23:59 JST, November 25th, 2011. [Note: This starting time is different from the time announced on the main official webpage (see above), and at this point we are not sure which one is the finalized starting time]

The completed CM will be disclosed to the public, including websites.
＊ Please submit the photographs taken with family members, friends, or significant others.
＊ The concept is「male-female pair」.
＊ We will select the photographs to be used in CM. Please understand that not all of the submitted photographs will be selected.
＊ PC application is also available from overseas. (Mobile phone application not available)
＊ We will not inform the customers whose photographs are accepted. Please watch the completed video clip to confirm whether the submitted photographs have been used.
＊ Please understand that the submitted photographs will not be returned.
＊ The accepted photographs will be used for promotion purpose.
＊ The video clip including the submitted photographs will not be for sell alone, but it may be used on the websites with charged or free memberships, and may be used as a part of the product.

’2011 K-POP Music Fest In Sydney’, the first large-scale Hallyu concert in the southern hemisphere, has successfully come to an end.

MBC held the concert at the ANZ Stadium in Sydney for 20,000 fans to commemorate its 50th anniversary, as well as ‘Korea-Australia Friendship Year’, as 2011 marks the 50th anniversary since Korea and Australia established diplomatic relations.

With Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany and Yuri as MCs, a total of 12 teams, including TVXQ, Girls’ Generation, KARA, SHINee, 2AM, CN BLUE, B2ST, 4 Minute, SISTAR, Secret, MBLAQ and miss A, came together to kick off the K-POP boom in the southern hemisphere. The groups performed their hit songs and took part in special performances during the three-hour concert and captivated their Australian fans.


4 Minute and miss A prepared a rendition of Australian pop sensation Kylie Minogue’s ‘Can’t get you out of my head’ while CN BLUE, B2ST’s Yo Seob and MBLAQ’s G.O. formed their own band.

2AM’s Jo Kwon and Changmin, 4 Minute’s Ga Yoon and SISTAR’s Hyorin showcased their vocal talent while Girls’ Generation and SHINee, forerunners of the K-POP boom, prepared a special dance performance.

Australian fans gathered in front of the ANZ Stadium from as early as six hours before the show and sang and danced to Korean songs, showing the strength of K-POP in Sydney.

Suzanne(17), a fan of Girls’ Generation, stated, “I’ve liked Girls’ Generation for two years now and it feels like a dream to be able to watch them perform in Sydney,” and “I will never forget today.”

To commemorate the one-year anniversary of JYJ’s first original concert which was held in November 2010, the “JYJ Worldwide Concert in Seoul” limited DVD set will be released.

This DVD set, which consists of 5 discs and a 6-volume photo book, will be released simultaneously in Korea and Japan on 23 December (Friday) and pre-orders will begin at 1pm on 18 November (Friday)!

The Chinese papers’ report on group JYJ’s concerts in Germany have attracted great attention.

Recently, an image of a Chinese newspaper with pictures of JYJ was uploaded onto the internet. In the photographs, individual pictures of the members as well as pictures of the concert situation were published (in the paper.)

On 6 November, JYJ had held their solo concert at the Tempodrom, in Berlin, Germany. During that concert, fans from Berlin, Holland, Finland, Sweden and other Northern European countries, as well as Poland, Russia and other Eastern European countries, a total of approximately 3,000 fans gathered, a day that saw a large crowd.

JYJ’s Kim Junsu has won the popularity award two years in a row.

On 14 November, at the Olympic Hall in the Olympic Park, the 17th Korea Musical Awards ceremony was held.

This ceremony was hosted by singer-actor Lee Hyun Woo as well as SBS announcer Yoo Hye Young, and was broadcast live on SBS starting at 5.13pm

This day, Kim Junsu and Yoon Gong Ju were awarded the Popularity awards. Both of them appeared together in the musical “Tears of Heaven.” This is Kim Junsu’s second consecutive year to be winning the popularity award.

Kim Junsu said, “Firstly, I want to say thank you for giving me such a precious award. I feel that the passion and strength that is put in by the actors and staff for the sake of the audiences, is the strength of a musical, and that is the greatest charm we want to show in every performance.”

Following which, he said, “After last year, I want to express my gratitude for being able to appear again, and to receive an award this year.”

Kim Junsu also said, “I’m not sure when it started, but despite having objective numerical evidence, we were unable to get a fair review, and to suffer from this was something that made me very sad. To be able to stand here today bears great meaning. To all the audiences  and fans who laughed with me, and cried with me through every single performance,  thank you,” ending his acceptance speech.
