Tohoshinki revealed a jacket picture for their new song

The popular Korean male duo Tohoshinki revealed a jacket picture for their newest single “Android”(on sale July 11th) for the very first time on 13th.

The photo shoot was done in mid April between their dome tour in Tokyo area. In order to express the feeling of android and near future world, they used special effect in shooting such as delaying the speed of shutter and controlling light by changing timing of steel camera of shooting. The photo was taken off focus only on metallic parts on their arms which has high light reflection.

About a new dance number after a year, Yunho commented “It’s a number to challenge to Tohoshinki’s limit. We had a hard time in recording since this song contains many difficult words. However, we sang with a message from us in this song so I would like many people to listen”

From the 24th, the commercial for “Medical Shine” will be on air, in which their new song is used as a CM song.

In a pharmacy at Yongsan, Seoul, there have been interesting incidents due to the large number of female students patronising the shop. Female students would come in a small group to the pharmacy and always saying that they wanted to buy a whole box of Penzal Q, further asking, “Can you please give us the JYJ poster?” Sadly the pharmacy has only one poster and thus unable to give it to them. However after that, other female students still came asking for the poster. These incidents happened a lot of times.

Pharmacist Kim said, “I made a call to Chong Geun Dang (Pharmaceutical) relating about the high occurence of female students asking for the poster and from there that I knew that this situation happened nationwide.”

It is the first time that Penzal Q of Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical invited idols as their endorser. Since the broadcast of the CF in October last year till now, the attention received from everyone towards this product was rather obvious.

During this period of time, Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical who has been revamping their old image, has tried changing their endorsers and the images on their packagings. The result from all these hard work was very significantly seen after inviting JYJ as their spokesperson. The consumer group has also expanded to girls in their teens. In fact, after JYJ became the endorser, there was an increase of young girls who took Penzal Q as a relief for their menstrual problems.

Chong Geun Dang Pharmaceutical’s representative expressed, “Since the release of the CF in October last year, though there has yet to be an exact sales figure, the reponse has been very good.” depicting the uprising sales of Penzal Q.

His management company revealed on 13 December that Yoochun is currently active as the model for Ottogi’s new product.

To date, Park Yoochun has appeared in ads for Dongsuh Foods’ s Tio, Nintendo Wii, Italian restaurant Black Smith and others. As part of group JYJ, he is also active as a model for clothing brand NII and LG Optimus Q2.

In order to produce the CM clip for the new song “Winter Rose”, which will be included in the newest single 『Winter ～Winter Rose / Duet – winter ver. -』to be released on November 30th, we would like to invite you to submit your photographs! Please read the following important instructions and application policies before submission.

【Application Guidelines】
■ Theme: Photos taken with family members, friends, or significant others (male-female pair)
■ Eligible Criteria: No specific criteria. However, minor applicants require their guardians’ authority consents.
■ How to apply: Please go to the application page HERE and fill out the application form.

※ Application from cell phones are also acceptable. However, oversea applications are limited to PC. (Cell phone application requires data transmission fee)
※ The submitted photographs will not be returned. Please understand this situation beforehand.

■ Application Period: 20:00 JST, November 18th, 2011 ～ 23:59 JST, November 25th, 2011.
