[News] 120922 TVXQ Releases ‘Catch Me’ Highlight Medley

With their comeback rapidly approaching, TVXQ has set out to tease fans with various teaser photos, a spectacular video teaser, and now the highlight medley for their upcoming album ‘Catch Me‘!

As reported earlier, the highlight medley contains a sample of the 11 tracks included on the album:

1. Catch Me
2. 인생은 빛났다(Viva)
3. Destiny
4. 비누처럼(Like a soap)
5. I don’t know(Korean ver.)
6. 꿈(Dream)
7. How are you
8. Getaway
9. I swear
10. Gorgeous
11. Good Night

In addition, according to retail sites, ‘Catch Me’ will be available in two versions: red and black. At the moment, it seems the album version one will receive will be at random.

This is a great song and video. The imagery and choreography are fantastic and the music has a techno beat and a hint of Indian influence.  The lyrics are expressive and macho as usual.  Great Job Yunho and Changmin   🙂

TVXQ, who will be making their latest comeback in one year and nine months, are preparing a secret weapon called the ‘Hulk dance’ with special LED equipment.

The group is planning to create a stage performance that transforms them into the Hulk by combining their arms with that of their dancers.

Fans caught a glimpse of the Hulk dance in the teaser video of TVXQ’s new song ‘Catch Me’ on the 21st. In the video, the members transformed into the Hulk and depicted dragons ascending to heaven by using special LED equipment.

A representative of their agency stated, “The choreography will be replicated exactly during TVXQ’s broadcasted performances,” and “A mind-blowing performance that only TVXQ could take on has been prepared.”

TVXQ will be releasing a video on the 22nd that combines various images of the members and a highlight medley of all eleven tracks from their new album ‘Catch Me’.

‘Catch Me’ will be released online on the 24th at noon and offline on the 26th.

 TVXQ recently did a photo shoot for the fashion magazine Vogue Korea before releasing a new album at the end of September.

In the pictorial, TVXQ are showing off a manly look like movie stars. The photo shoot was conducted in Nodul Island in Han River. Because it was a public area, the magazine had to get permission for the photo shoot from a government office.

The interview and pictorial of TVXQ can be seen in the October issue of Vogue Korea and the tablet PC version of the magazine. The behind-the-scenes video of the pictorial will be uploaded on the official website of Vogue Korea (www.vogue.co.kr).

On the 24th of this month, TVXQ will be releasing their new song ‘Catch Me’, an ardent love song that is complemented by a powerful performance.

On the 19th, SM Entertainment stated, “‘Catch Me’ incorporates trendy Dutch electronic sound with a splendid orchestral melody. It is a fresh dance track which creates a harmony between the melody and ear-stimulating dubstep.” They also added, “The lyrics depicts a headstrong man who breaks up with his lover, but in reality wants her to show her love for him and never let him leave her.”

SM Entertainment continued to reveal that, “TVXQ are working hard to combine their charisma and powerful choreography to create a powerful performance that has a story behind it. It will be a stage with the perfect blend of music, visuals and performance.”

As the group has been turning heads with their superior performances since their debut, TVXQ plan to bring forth a ‘performance to end all performances’ with mind-blowing choreography.

TVXQ will be making their long-awaited comeback on September 24th!

After releasing ‘Keep Your Head Down‘ in January 2011, TVXQ will be back to promote in Korea again with the release of their new album, ‘Catch Me‘.

On the 18th, TVXQ revealed their first teaser image of Yunho, garnering much attention from fans who have been waiting very eagerly for the group’s comeback.

Before the offline release on September 26th, ‘Catch Me’ will be revealed through music sites such as Genie, Melon, and Naver Music on the 24th.
