JYJ’s Junsu will be releasing his full album on 15 July, and a teaser photo has been revealed.

On 20 June, C-Jes Entertainment published a notice along with the teaser photo, “It is planned for Junsu’s 2nd album to be released on 15 July, and he recently completed the filming of the MV in America. Through Junsu’s teaser photo, his first double-cut hairstyle since debut will be revealed.”

In the photo that was released, Junsu shows off his manly charms with his double-cut hair, completing his look with a funky and colourful jacket.

With regards to this, a representative from his agency said, “In the 1st album last year, the focus was on androgynous charms, while the album this time will have a manly and charismatic concept. A funky urban look was completed by matching a jacket and short pants from this Summer’s collections, with a colourful emblem.”

He also went on to add, “The MV which was recently filmed in America combines both vintage and fantasy elements, and will be a unique and impressive video. The fusion of the addictive colours and hip hop rhythm (of the song) is expected to be refreshing, and like an invitation to a glamorous Summer party.”

Junsu is currently concentrating on album preparations, and is expected to start official promotional activities in early July.

JYJ Junsu to Release New Album this July and Begin Asia Tour

JYJ member Junsu’s agency has announced that he will be releasing a new album this July and begin his Asia Tour.

His agency stated, “Junsu will release his new album at the end of July and then begin his Asia tour activities starting with Thailand.

They continued, “Junsu released his first solo album last year and received much love and support. He then held his first world tour and visited 11 cities. Many are excited for him to begin his Asia tour.”

They also revealed that Junsu is very excited to be making a comeback and meet with his fans.

Kim Junsu has been chosen as the best musical-dol.

Community portal site DC Inside held a survey from the 4th till the 11th of June titled, “Which idol star would succeed as a musical actor?” and Kim Junsu was declared the winner.

Kim Junsu, who received a landslide victory of 55.4% of the votes, made his debut in the musical industry with ‘Mozart!’ in 2010. Kim Junsu’s strong vocals, dancing and acting skills helped him win the Best Rookie Awards at various awards ceremonies. Since then, he has also won the Best Musical Actor Award with his role in ‘Elisabeth’.

Kim Junsu was followed by A.Pink’s Jung Eun Ji for ‘Legally Blonde’ and Super Junior’s Kyu Hyun for ‘Three Musketeers’ in second and third place.

Meanwhile, Kim Junsu has decided to join the cast of ‘Elisabeth’ for the second time and will soon stand on stage again.

We previously reported that JYJ’s Kim Junsu is building a resort in Jeju Island. Now, the public has renewed interest in the project as it is estimated to be finished this fall.

On June 12, SBS’s “Midnight TV Entertainment” aired a segment covering the topic of celebrities and their investments.

A real estate investing expert picked Kim Junsu as an example of an investment technique from a celebrity. “He’s currently building a hotel-like resort in Jeju Island that’s roughly 700,000 square feet in size and costs $15 million.” It’s been revealed that the resort will have sixty-five rooms.

Netizens who saw the report expressed their interest. “I can’t wait for his resort to open,” “Looks like the birth of an idol real estate chaebol,” “His Jeju Island resort investment is outstanding.”
