Kim Junsu (Xiah Junsu), member of the idol group JYJ, will be starring in his third musical.
Kim Junsu, who left a deep impression with his singing and acting abilities through the musicals [Mozart!] and [Tears of Heaven], has been casted as the character who personifies ‘Death’ in the first Korean musical production of [Elisabeth], which will take place next year. The role ‘Death’ plays is one which seduces and draws Elisabeth to her fate through a predestined love.
Having increased exceptional love and interest of the public towards the musical scene, there has been a triple casting as he will work with musical actors Ryu Jung Han and Song Chang Eui.
Ok Ju Hyeon, singer turned musical actress, and Kim Sun Young will play the role of ‘Elisabeth’.
Also, playing the role of narrator ‘Lucheni’ in the musical are Kim Su Yong, Choi Min Chul and Park Eun Tae. Lee Seung Hyun will also be making his debut as a musical actor through the role of ‘Rudolf’, son of ‘Elisabeth’. Taking on the role of ‘Emperor Franz Joseph’ are Yoon Young Seok and Min Young Ki, with Lee Tae Won playing the role of ‘Sophie’, mother-in-law of ‘Elisabeth’.
The musical ‘Elisabeth’ was unveiled to the world for the first time in Vienna, Austria, in 1992, and depicts the life of the last Empress Elisabeth of the House of Hapsburg in Austria.
It will be performed for the first time in Korea next year, from 9 February to 13 May, at Blue Square, Hannam-dong.

News] JYJ Fans Promote Voting for Seoul’s Mayoral Election and Album “In Heaven”
For October 26′s Seoul’s Mayoral election, many celebrities showed proof of voting but what about their fans?
JYJ fans gathered to post a relay of “proof” shots of their voting activity on an online community. In these photos you can see the blue sign that directs voters to the voting location along with fans’ hands holding up JYJ’s latest album “In Heaven” next to the sign. One photo that stands out in particular is a picture of Jaejoong’s life-size cardboard cut-out standing next to a large voting location sign.
Netizens commented, “This is very cool,” “What an awesome idea,” and “That Jaejoong photo is the funniest.”
Members of JYJ couldn’t vote themselves since they are currently in Spain for their European Tour. It’s great, though, to see fans come out to do the double work of promoting both voting and JYJ’s new album. JYJ is finding it hard to appear on television to promote their album but it seems that fan support and creativity will really encourage the members.

Posters for JYJ’s Spanish concert have been found in London, England and are quickly becoming a hot topic.
JYJ will be holding a solo concert in Barcelona, Spain on the 29th. They will also be holding a concert in Berlin, Germany at the Tempodrom on the 6th of November.

To celebrate their 19th anniversary, fashion magazine Elle will be releasing a special edition booklet ‘Men We Loved for 19 Years’ of male celebrities.
The male stars in the booklet who will be showing off a different charm include Cha Seung Won, Jang Dong Gun, Jung Woo Sung, So Ji Seob, Song Joong Ki, Kim Jaejoong and Lee Seung Gi. The booklet is drawing more attention for including interviews with famous celebrities such as Lee Oi Soo, Park Ji Sung and DJ DOC.
The ‘Men We Loved for 19 Years’ booklet, which will be the same size as the actual magazine, will have a total of 150 pages and will be released with the November issue of Elle.

From the ever-popular Tohoshinki, Changmin’s first challenge in a starring role, the hot topic love comedy “Paradise Ranch” DVD will be released on 2 November. For this release, Changmin will be personally recording the Japanese voice-over for his character in the drama, a first in the history of Korean dramas. Images of him during process has been taken, a must see for fans.
This is a story about a divorced couple who meet again after 6 years and are forced to live together, a quirky start to this romantic love comedy. Changmin plays a 3rd generation chaebol, Dong Joo who is cool and charming, with the heroine Da Ji played by actress Lee Yeon Hee, who became popular after dramas such as “East of Eden.” This drama is set to broadcast on Fuji TV’s “Hanryu α” starting November.
The DVD-BOX which will be released on 2 November will include special videos of Changmin personally challenging the voice-overs for the key scene of Dong Joo (Changmin) and Da Ji’s (Lee Yeon Hee) first meeting after their divorce, when the two were innocent newlyweds, and other famous scenes from the drama. There is also a making video of Changmin’s real face during his first challenge at dubbing. Although discouraged by his first attempt, Changmin said “It is definitely a difficult challenge, but it has to be done so I’ll try my best!” taking on the dubbing with strong enthusiasm. As expected, his actual performance was…?
The “Paradise Ranch” DVD-BOX I & II will be on sale from 2 November.

Aaah ~ Today was a day I will remember ^^
Today I went to Barcelone to buy a Garnier’s BB Cream with my friend Ying and her roommate … We went where we knew there could be, but it was sold out. So we decided to go for a walk and to take some drinks in Barcelone. Since I came from the college dorm, I had to take advantage! hahahaha
The point is that we walked down the Ramblas, not the sidewalk downtown, but by one of the sides. We watched the people who were watching the mimes (I, personally, I bet there is an asian in each one … lol) So we were looking at some, and Ying told me “hey, that guy with the glasses is really handsome” and I said “true, true, yes he is” as we continued walking … And then I see the other asian guy who covered the handsome guy with the glasses…his hair color was orange, That guy looks like Junsu. I said “Ying, isn’t he Junsu?” Ying said: “I don’t think so”, I said ” But he looks like him”, Ying: “He isn’t, let’s go”. We walked ahead. I was still looking at them thinking “I swear, it’s them” and saying “If they were really Jaejoong and Junsu and we just left them..omo “. We decided to cross to get to the other side of the street . I thought we were going to the side where we can see the asian guys, and Ying told me “You want to see them, don’t you?” I told her “Yes, To me they are Jaejoong and Junsu”, “The guy with orange hair I’m sure is Junsu. Let’s see them”…I was excited…We come closer to watch them “Yes, yes they are Ying …O_O” The two of them put on each side of the mime to take a picture. The handsome guy (Jaejoong) put down his sunglasses and I jump there … “Yiiiiing! Yes, they are, they are Jaejoong and Junsu. Look, loooook!!!” Ying: “Ehh, but where they are?” (She didn’t noticed they were taking a picture). “There, with the mime”… “Ask him, Ying, ask him!” We came more closer …And she gave Jaejoong two taps in his arm, Junsu was two steps ahead looking at the little shop…Jaejoong turns around to look at us (OMG)…And Ying was like “please, photo?”… Jaejoong pulls down his sunglasses and stare us above it…and then the manager appeared saying “no, no photos …” he was looking at me as saying “hides the camera that they can not take pictures “… And we stand there … With a face …” How? OO but … but … just a picture … ” And then they walked ahead going to Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas up …
We didn’t want to follow them and we just decided to take some drinks. Then I managed to convince Ying and she convinced her friend to went to Plaza Catalunya to see if we saw more of them again, But nothing… they were gone, it was so fast… But well, that was an experience… OMG *-* Jaejoong has a very white and smooth skin, it contrasted a lot with his black hair and clothes … lol Junsu’s skin was more darker. And well I thought they were more tall. I had an idea somewhat exaggerated … ? how they were … xDD (I am very bad for sizing heights u.u) That’s why they were more shorter that I had imagined… But still they were very tall^^ and very handsome! *-*
I have an impressive desire that we reach that day ( Saturday) and go to the concert … I want to see them again … I want to see Yoochun! … maybe because he had arrived this morning he probably is still very tired … and the time difference is no small … so he should be resting or something ^ ^ And then yes, photos and more photos! lol
Well, that’s it! What a shame not to live in Barcelona and try my luck more often these days … lol. At the moment, I need to wait until Saturday to see them again! To see how it’s their concert … I’m sure it will be amazing! *-*

Heart still thumping…
The fan sign today was arranged by giving out numbers.
Arrived earlier than expected, and though it’s not the first row, it was quite in front. Tomorrow should be arranged by numberings as well…
After getting the number ticket, I waited at the hall and unexpectedly saw Yoochun and Junsu who came in.
Although I have seen their photos before, they are really handsome. T T
Photos are only half evident of how handsome they are.
Yoochun wore a coat with swept hair and a pair of characteristic specs… hahaha
Not sure if it is my own feeling, I exchanged glances with Yoochun a few times.
When our eyes meet, Yoochun did not look away but stared intensely…

JS: Erm… first, given the same circumstances, rather than saying Yoochun’s reaction changed, I would say it got better. Be it his expressions, or actions, it became more relaxed. In the past, Yoochun often smiled in TV programs but he would sometimes be gloomy off-camera. It got better recently and he smiled a lot more in private. It was really amazing and (I) was very happy.
