XIA (Junsu) met with Quincy Brown to work together on a song.

On the 11th of July, C-JeS Entertainment stated, “XIA (Junsu) worked with Quincy Brown, the son of famous rapper Puff Daddy, on his new song. As an upcoming rapper and actor in the US, Quincy Brown helped XIA (Junsu) out on his second solo album by featuring in his title song ‘Incredible’.”

According to this representative, Quincy Brown makes the song more mesmerizing with his English rap that begins with ‘You’re so hypnotic girl, you’re incredible’.

They continued to add, “The partnership of XIA (Junsu) and Quincy Brown, such energetic artistes, has created a high-quality song. The two artistes met at the music video shooting in L.A. and enjoyed their time together, talking about music,” and “XIA (Junsu)’s music video is a fusion of a song and video that goes great with the Summer season.”

XIA (Junsu)’s ‘Incredible’ music video brought back the staff behind the music video of his first album’s title song ‘TARANTALLEGRA’, which was praised for its sophistication.

Meanwhile, XIA (Junsu) will be releasing his second album ‘Incredible’ on the 15th and is planning to hold a showcase on the same day. The showcase will be aired live through MelonTV.

TVXQ have cancelled their concert in Peru.

TVXQ were initially scheduled to hold their ‘TVXQ LIVE WORLD TOUR – Catch Me’ concert in Lima, Peru on the 14th of July. However, the concert was cancelled due to technical problems.

The Peruvian production agency that was in charge of the concert stated, “TVXQ’s concert has been cancelled. The decision to cancel the concert came from an agreement with SM Entertainment’s representatives due to technical issues pertaining to the concert such as problems with the band and equipment.” They also added, “Unfortunately, we will not be able to complete the concert given the current situation.”

Meanwhile, TVXQ successfully held the US leg of their world tour at the Nokia Theater in LA recently, and are set to be the first non-Japanese singers to hold a concert at the Nissan Stadium, which can hold up to 75,000 people.

Sankei Sports announced on the 4th that Hallyu star TVXQ’s new song ‘SCREAM’ has been chosen as the theme song of the movie ‘Sadako 3D 2′.

According to the newspaper, this movie is the latest production of the ‘Sadako 3D’ franchise, the first of which was released last May and grossed over 1.3 billion Yen.

It was said that Producer Kobyashi made the offer to TVXQ as he said, “We’d like to breathe new life into the movie with TVXQ, who are loved all around the world as the core of Asia.”

Describing the new song, which will be accompanied by powerful choreography, Max Changmin said, “It’s a mix of dance and rock that goes well with the horror movie genre.” Their new single ‘SCREAM’ will be released on the 4th of September.

Director Tsutomu Hanabusa, who was in charge of the first movie, will be sitting in the director’s chair for ‘Sadako 3D 2′, which will be released on the 30th of August. It is set to be shown in six different countries, including Korea, Hong Kong and Russia.

JYJ’s Kim Junsu released his new ballad ’11 o’clock, its adequacy’, which is garnering attention for successfully ranking high on various music charts.

’11 o’clock, its adequacy’ is a song that expresses the sorrows of a man after a break up. The piano instrumental accentuates the emotions of Kim Junsu’s vocals and adds a dramatic element to the song, with a four seasons theme.

Kim Junsu recorded the whole song in one take and used only acoustic instruments to accentuate his charming tone. The special a cappella clip that was released on the same day as the music file has also garnered much attention for being filmed live in one take.

XIA (Junsu) has revealed the jacket cover of his pre-released song ’11 o’clock, its adequacy’.

On the 1st of July, C-JeS Entertainment stated, “XIA (Junsu) will be releasing ’11 o’clock, its adequacy’ on the 2nd. The song is an acoustic ballad that depicts the aching loneliness a man feels the day after he breaks up with his girlfriend.”

The jacket cover of the song was released with the announcement and showed XIA (Kim Junsu) wearing a splendid flower hat with a gaze filled with sorrow, giving off a longing and mystical vibe.

A representative added, “The 15 second teaser of the song that was released last week on LoenTV became a hot topic,” and “XIA (Junsu)’s voice will be heard live in the video and the anticipation is rising for the video. When the video is released tomorrow, everyone will be very surprised.”

JYJ’s Junsu will be releasing his full album on 15 July, and a teaser photo has been revealed.

On 20 June, C-Jes Entertainment published a notice along with the teaser photo, “It is planned for Junsu’s 2nd album to be released on 15 July, and he recently completed the filming of the MV in America. Through Junsu’s teaser photo, his first double-cut hairstyle since debut will be revealed.”

In the photo that was released, Junsu shows off his manly charms with his double-cut hair, completing his look with a funky and colourful jacket.

With regards to this, a representative from his agency said, “In the 1st album last year, the focus was on androgynous charms, while the album this time will have a manly and charismatic concept. A funky urban look was completed by matching a jacket and short pants from this Summer’s collections, with a colourful emblem.”

He also went on to add, “The MV which was recently filmed in America combines both vintage and fantasy elements, and will be a unique and impressive video. The fusion of the addictive colours and hip hop rhythm (of the song) is expected to be refreshing, and like an invitation to a glamorous Summer party.”

Junsu is currently concentrating on album preparations, and is expected to start official promotional activities in early July.

JYJ’s Junsu will be making a comeback in July.

JYJ’s management agency, C-Jes Entertainment, announced today that “It is planned for Junsu to make a comeback in July with his 2nd album. Currently, we are working hard to prepare the album.”

Junsu’s 1st album, which had the concept of “Unequalled”, went on sale last year. It included 12 songs including the title track “Tarantallegra”.

Sales of 180,000 copies was recorded, including his first English repackaged album which was released subsequently.

Additionally, with his solo album, Junsu also swept charts including the Billboard charts, China’s largest MV site “YinYueTai”, German Asian music charts and Chile’s ETC-TV’s pop charts, proving his popularity worldwide.

In particular, he also left a record for being the first Korean solo singer to tour South America and Europe, and was awarded the “Foreign Correspondents Ambassador Award” by the Foreign Correspondents Club late last year.

A representative of the agency said, “The album this time will be released this summer, and a sophisticated sense of pop is expected to be infused. I think it will be a great album that will strike a good balance between ballads and performance.”
