[Trans] 120802 JYJ Files 100 Million KRW Damage Suit Against Media For “Abusing Sasaeng Fans” Report
JYJ has filed a 100 million KRW damage suit against the media who earlier reported about dispute with sasaeng fans.
According to revelations in law industry, JYJ has filed a 100 million KRW damage suit on the 1st of August in Seoul Central District Court against internet media ‘D’ for reports on abusing sasaeng fans.
JYJ’s representative states that, “Without any confirmation with the party involved and to reveal illegal audio files, it is a form of defamation and invasion of privacy. We ever mentioned to media in March about filing a criminal suit against the said media but after discussion, we decided that a civil lawsuit would be more suitable to this issue. Therefore we retrieved the previous lawsuit and once again filed a civil lawsuit.”
‘D’ media reported in March claiming that JYJ members abused sasaeng fans physically and verbally and revealed a related audio file. JYJ’s representative C-JeS entertainment stated officially its strong stance against this issue and expressed that, ‘This report is a malicious report for attacking JYJ members.’

On the night of the 1st. Park Yoochun left a message on his Twitter, “Always supporting me and giving me love, I am really always thankful. I will try to meet (everyone) in the future through good activities, good music and acting… ^^ Truthfully grateful once again, I love you all!!”. After leaving this message, he left Twitter.
Park Yoochun created his Twitter account on the 16th October in 2010 and started to interact with fans through this. After which, Park Yoochun would relate his feelings through Twitter or shared his photos with his friends, attracting fans’ attention.
Park Yoochun who used to do all that, recently wrote about his woes on whether to delete his Twitter account or not. After he left his last greeting for fans on the 1st, he deleted his Twitter account.
Regarding this, Park Yoochun’s representative company told TVDaily that, “To join or leave SNS is a very natural thing that can be done by anyone, isn’t it? So is Park Yoochun. There’s no special reason or anything happened to his emotional state. Hope that fans will not worry.”
On the other hand, Park Yoochun will be starting his Asian fan meeting starting on the 25th at Shanghai.

JYJ’s Kim Jun Su recently spent a special week in Los Angeles.
Kim visited the United States two years after he recorded the JYJ worldwide EP. He worked with songwriter Bruce Automatic Vanderveer from Sony Music and shot a music video with director Marc Kalsfeld.
Kim says, “Working in the United States is difficult but fun. The system helps artist think about and express feelings more wonderfully. I especially liked working with energetic songwriter Bruce Automatic.”
“I think we created a pretty good song. Shooting a music video here was a bit different from Korea. I was shy to perform in front of many American staff members.”
Bruce has worked with Christina Aguilera, Wanted, and Leona Lewis. He says, “I have worked with lots of artists but Kim is one of the best vocalists. I want to warn famous artists in the States to be careful of Kim. He has strong potential power like A class stars in the States. I’m happy to work with the great artists and I want to keep working with him.”
Marc says, “Kim has quick instincts and beautiful eyes. He always creates a happy atmosphere on the set. I saw a music video for “Tarantallegra” on YouTube and I was happy to have chance to work with him.”
Kim says, “Unlike in Korea, here, I had to shoot the music video with only music and the explanation of the scene. Director didn’t tell me what to do in detail so I had to perform in one long take. I didn’t know what to do at first but after I realized what I should do, I was able to maximize the feelings about the song. I can’t wait to see the result.”
Kim will finish touring Asia in Hong Kong on August 7 then he will tour the United States, South America, and Europe.

JYJ’s Park Yoochun will be holding fanmeets all across Asia.
On the 27th of July, C-JeS Entertainment revealed that, “Though it has been over two months since ‘Rooftop Prince’ ended, Park Yoochun’s domestic and overseas popularity doesn’t seem to be slowing down,” and “With his popularity as an actor, which began in 2010 with ‘SungKyunKwan Scandal’, taken into consideration, it has been decided that Park Yoochun will be holding a large-scale fanmeet tour for his Asian fans.”
‘Miss Ripley’ and ‘Rooftop Prince’, which are airing in countries such as Taiwan, China and Thailand, are currently experiencing explosive popularity in these nations. Taiwan’s ‘Yes Entertainment’ held a poll titled ‘Which Male Protagonist has Stolen Your Heart?’ and many of the 22,000 viewers voted for Park Yoochun, who came out on top and beat Song Seung Heon of ‘Dr. Jin’ and So Ji Seob of ‘Ghost’.
Park Yoochun stated, “I’m really grateful for the love that our Asian fans have given me,” and “I believe these fanmeets will be a fun opportunity for me to show our overseas fans how I’ve been doing these days. I hope to share memories of Lee Seon Joon, Song Yoo Hyun and Lee Gak with them.”
Meanwhile, Park Yoochun’s Asia fanmeet tour will begin in Shanghai, China on the 25th of August and will continue on to Taiwan and Thailand. Talk is underway to include an additional one or two cities in the tour as well.

JYJ Kim Jaejoong revealed his way to battle the harsh summer heat.
Yesterday, Kim Jaejoong was in an outdoor filming site for ‘Dr Jin’ and completed a fighting scene under the 36 degrees summer sky.
In the drama as a Major, Kim Jaejoong had to don an outfit that is suffocating, together with wrist and knee guards and then perfectly executed the long-hours of fighting scene.
Drama representative expressed that, “Because Kyung Tak is a military officer, therefore just the rehearsal between the action actors of the fighting scene took 1-2 hours to complete. For the realistic scene, filming has to be done from different angles again, therefore a fight scene will take a long time to film.” “Just by standing, one can feel the tiredness. Under such weather, Kim Jaejoong personally took note of the fighting route and did not used any substitute action actor and perfectly completed the fighting scene.”
Kim Jaejoong’s representative C-JeS Entertainment expressed, “Kim Jaejoong is currently donning the historical outfit with his hairdo, fighting with the harsh summer heat.” “The car is loaded with a icebox filled with ice and he had a ice bag with him all the time. Together with the huge fan and mini electric fan, but all these are only temporary measures.”
No matter where, the mini umbrella tent will be set up for shielding from the sun. Kim Jaejong who is wearing two singlets that helped in perspiration absorption and applying cool sheets on himself, said, “Just a few sword wielding action is enough to make me drenched in perspiration. But it actually helped me in getting the feel of fighting. Well, Mr. Kim Kyung Tak aka Kim Jaejoong–what’s going down? Confusion for you as well as the rest of us is the operative [no pun intended] phrase here. As you are functioning as a double-agent, you seem to be reserving certain information for one side or the other. Your father is on to you now as well as Young Hwi. You answered Young Hwi’s query a bit too blithely. Consequently, they aren’t too sure whether to believe what you say, and you’re not sure of them either. The problem is–we can’t determine your true intentions, either. Personally, I would consider you a babo to desert your friends, because I am convinced that the Left State Minister hasn’t a clue as to what love really is–and your friends do.
At present, you have continually carried out your father’s evil orders–albeit somewhat reluctantly, I’ll give you that. There has to come a time and a place when you must make a firm decision to either help to usher in a new age for Chosun, admittedly at the expense of your own family’s status and rule, or cling to the bloody, conniving ways of the men in your family who up front admit to using you, despite your ‘inferiority’, to commit henious crimes in the name of justice.
What I do not want to see is your failure to obtain anything of merit for yourself or for your friends due to lack of fortitude and lack of commitment to the common good. How do you sleep at night after butchering innocent people? People have a right to be free and to make decisions for themselves, and that arguably can mean to choose, in this case, the traditional ways, or choose to begin ushering in a new age.
I have grown to love you as a character, Kim Kyung Tak, and I want so much for you. Recognition, legitimacy, respect, and more. I am hoping for a good woman to love you, share your life, and bear children for you. I want the same for Dr. Jin. Will this be possible writers? I’m not sure on this one. What I am sure of is an interesting, people dying thither and yon, heart-wrenching end to this historical drama. Great job, Everyone.
