[TRANS] 130304 JYJ Sweat Profusely In Korea To Prepare For Their Concerts In China And Japan
JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun and Kim Junsu have swapped in their break, the first one they’ve had in a while, to sweat profusely and prepare for their overseas activities in China and Japan.
JYJ will be holding three concerts from the 2nd to the 4th of April at Tokyo Dome in Japan. The reason why the concert is so meaningful is that this is JYJ’s first official Japanese event in four years since their lawsuit against Avex began after the agency unilaterally cancelled their contract.
Because of this, Japanese fans have had to fly to Korea to watch JYJ perform for the past four years. JYJ have repeatedly expressed their sorrow about the fact they could not repay their Japanese fans for their endless support by visiting them in their own country. But now that things have wrapped up nicely, JYJ will be making a show-stopping comeback at Tokyo Dome, ‘the stage of dreams’.
Currently, the members are working harder than ever in Korea to prepare for their upcoming concert. Not only does Kim Jaejoong have the upcoming Tokyo Dome concert with his fellow members, but he will also be holding the third concert of his Asia Tour in Shanghai, China on the 17th of this month. This will be the third country he visits since Korea in January and Thailand in February, and the concert is expected to be an opportunity to showcase Kim Jaejoong’s new charm as a rocker. Because of this, Kim Jaejoong is busy preparing for JYJ’s concert and his own solo concert.
A representative of JYJ’s agency C-JeS Entertainment asked for support for JYJ as he stated to eNEWS on the 3rd that, “The members of JYJ are working harder than ever to ensure a great performance.”

[TRANS] 120417 Tohoshinki, Tokyo Dome For The First Time In 3 Years, “No anxiety”. Event For 100,000 Fans Decided.
Popular unit Tohoshinki held the finale of the additional concerts of “Tohoshinki Live Tour 2012 ~TONE~” in Tokyo Dome on 16 April. On this stage, which marks 3 years since they last had an independent concert in Tokyo Dome, Yunho smiled saying, “I’m so happy that I cannot put it in words.” Looking at the venue which was dyed red by lightsticks, they expressed their gratitude to the fans, “Everyone’s ‘red power’ is a great source of strength to us. When we restarted activities last January, and when we begun the tour in January this year, we were nervous and anxious. However, there is no anxiety now! Because there is everyone who supports us, and allows Tohoshinki to continue. Thank you for waiting all this while.” The duo showcased their charisma with powerful performances of 25 songs.
They appeared dressed in white, and showcased energetic stages with dance tracks such as “B.U.T (BE-AU-TY)” and “Superstar”, hyping up the atmosphere in the venue. They opened the concert by greeting the fans with, “We will give our all and showcase all that we have worked hard to prepare,” (Yunho) and, “In this huge venue, it’s just Tohoshinki and everyone! Let’s sing and dance together and enjoy ourselves.” (Changmin)
This tour makes use of “3D Mapping” to create optical illusions, and also has many other interesting points including the use of umbrellas as props. For their solo stages, the duo showcased contrasting performances. Yunho used a sexy dance in “Honey Funny Bunny” to highlight his charms, while Changmin performed X Japan’s “Rusty Nail” powerfully with his fist raised in the air, his wild charm blew the crowd of 55,000 away.
Towards the end, the duo went around the venue in floats, and threw small signed coloured balls into the audience stands. The fans were excited and let out deafening cheers. During “We Are”, which was added to the concert, they taught the fans the “T Jump”. When the duo shout “We Are”, the fans in the venue form “T” with their hands. The duo had satisfied expressions on their faces upon seeing this.
During the encore, the audience was prompted to do a wave, and the entire venue became one during “Weep”. During the concert on 15 April, Yunho was moved to tears by the surprise event by the fans, where they filled the entire venue with white penlights. He said, “I felt ‘This is Tokyo Dome’. Tohoshinki likes being on stage the most, and it is when we are the happiest. I think this is a beginning. Tohoshinki exists because everyone exists. Please continue to give us your passionate support from here on.” The duo then took a deep bow.
The tour was of the largest scale thus far for the unit, attracting 250,000 people during their arena tours, and a total of 165,000 people during the three consecutive nights at Tokyo Dome. 135,000 audiences are expected at the Kyocera Dome Osaka concerts, which will be held this weekend (over 3 days), bringing the total number of audiences at the 26 concerts to 550,000. In addition, it has been decided for Tohoshinki to hold fan events in Saitama and Hyogo Prefecture (Kobe) in June and July, which are expected to attract 100,000 people. [News] 110712 TVXQ’s Changmin is nursing his injured wrist
TVXQ’s Changmin had a cast put on to nurse his injured right wrist; representatives state, “It’s nothing big, just a sprain“.
On July 12th, Changmin was spotted at Gimpo National Airport in order to attend the KBS 2TV ‘Kpop Festival- Music Bank‘ on the 13th held in Tokyo Dome, Japan. However, the pictures taken from the airport shows that he had a cast around his right wrist arousing concern about the injury from many fans.
Changmin’s agency, SM Entertainment, stated that Changmin injured his wrist recently while practicing new choreography. As a result, Changmin received a half-cast in order to protect the injury.
An associate of the agency states, “It was a mere sprain. We’re just following through on the doctor’s recommendation of getting a half-cast to insure protection on his injury“, and also added, “the injury doesn’t affect his adequacy in performing the choreography; he’s still going to perform on stage“.
Meanwhile, fellow TVXQ member Yunho couldn’t attend the event held in Japan due to conflicting schedules with round 3 of SBS’s ‘Good Sunday- Kim Yuna’s Kiss & Cry‘.
