Jaejoong of JYJ has released another teaser photo to build up the excitement for his upcoming solo album!
On October 17, the representatives of JYJ uploaded the picture on the group’s official Facebook page. According to the short description, the photo has been taken on the set of Jaejoong’s new music video, indicating that they are almost ready to release the album.
The shot itself shows the rockstar standing alone in an empty space. The vivid red tone strikes the viewer, and seeing only the silhouette of the artist makes the atmosphere even more mysterious. Seems like the fashion concept of this album will be toned down compared to his previous releases, as he is sporting a fairly casual outfit in the photo.
Jaejoong’s first full-length solo album is set for release on October 29, and it will be titled “WWW: Who, When, Why.” Previously, he revealed a pre-release ballad track that showed good results on music charts.

Kim Jaejoong has pre-released ‘Sunny Day’ ahead of the release of his first full-length album.
C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Kim Jaejoong has kicked off his first full-length solo album ‘WWW’ with the pre-release of his track ‘Sunny Day’. The song, a ballad that blends Kim Jaejoong’s melodious voice with Noeul Lee Sang Gon’s to create a beautiful harmony, was released at noon on the 15th on various music sites and iTunes and immediately topped the real-time charts on Bugs, Cyworld Music, Olleh Music and Mnet, showing how much popularity the song is garnering.”
‘Sunny Day’ was written by Composer Baek Moo Hyun, who also wrote the popular OST track ‘Love is like a Snowflake’ and expresses a man’s longing in an honest way. The lyrical piano line and warm acoustics stimulate the senses.
The ballad is perfect for Autumn and has been met with an explosive response. As soon as it was released, ‘Sunny Day’ received hundreds of comments on online community threads, and dominated various online music sites and search engines of portal sites.
A representative stated, “Kim Jaejoong will be releasing a teaser image from the music video of his title song on the 17th through JYJ’s official homepage. We hope everyone gets excited for the title track, which will be completely different from the pre-released track.”
Kim Jaejoong will be releasing his first full-length solo album ‘WWW’ on the 29th and will be holding his ’2013 Kim Jaejoong 1st Album Asia Tour Concert’ in Seoul on the 2nd and 3rd of November at COEX.

Park Yoochun begins filming for ‘Sea Fog’… Will even take on a bed scene
Lee Joon bares his upper body for ‘An Actor is an Actor’
It’s a ‘choice that is on a whole new level’. The daring challenges that Park Yoochun and Lee Joon, who have made their mark as idol stars-turned-actors, are taking to enter the movie industry are garnering a great deal of attention. Instead of choosing ‘even’t movies that rely on their popularity as idol stars, these two celebrities have decided to take on completely unexpected roles, even braving scenes that involve small doses of nudity.
JYJ’s Park Yoochun recently began filming for the movie ‘Sea Fog’ but MBLAQ’s Lee Joon will be greeting moviegoers on the 24th with ‘An Actor is an Actor’. One is a thriller while the other is an action movie, but both draw attention for the fact that they are not romantic comedies, a route most often taken by idol stars.
Park Yoochun scored a role in the movie with the full support of Director Bong Joon Ho, and will be working alongside great actors such as Kim Yoon Seok and Moon Sung Geun. In a movie full of violence and desire, Park Yoochun will be saying all his lines with a Jeolla Province dialect. It has also been said that he will be filming a bed scene with the actress who will play a women Park Yoochun’s character falls in love with.
Lee Joon’s next role has become a little wilder. ‘An Actor is an Actor’ by Director Kim Ki Deok has Lee Joon as a top star who has a bed scene with four different actresses. The singer even bared his upper body for a scene in the movie. In 2009, Lee Joon appeared as the younger version of Rain in ‘Ninja Assassin’ and has received many movie offers since then, but ended up choosing ‘An Actor is an Actor’ after deciding that it would be the best choice for him.
Park Yoochun and Lee Joon’s challenges can be seen as their determination to cast away their ‘idol premium’ and succeed on their own as actors. A representative of the movie industry stated, “Park Yoochun and Lee Joon are signaling their entrance as up and coming actors in their twenties,” and “If they are able to succeed in their first leading-role movies, they have the potential to make it big in the industry.”

The excitement for JYJ’s Kim Junsu (XIA)’s second album Asia tour is hotter than ever.
C-JeS Entertainment stated, “The response that Kim Junsu has received for his first Japanese solo tour is amazing. There were approximately 60,000 seats available for his Nagoya and Yokohama concerts, and more than three times that number of people applied for tickets with all seats selling out before the show. His popularity in Japan was proved yet again when fans began queuing from the early hours of the morning to buy MD goods ahead of Kim Junsu’s concert on the 14th.”
They continued to add, “The fans who were coming to watch the Yokohama concerts began queuing extremely early because they heard that the MD goods had been sold out in Nagoya. This may be because only one MD good can be bought per person. Though all concerts of Kim Junsu’s Japanese tour were held on a weekday, Japanese fans packed Yokohama’s busy streets to show their support for Kim Junsu on his first solo tour.”
The Japanese fans themselves expressed their satisfaction with the concert. Keiko Yamada (36) of Osaka stated, “I was sad that we couldn’t see Kim Junsu in Japan the last time he held a tour. I’m so happy that he’s here this year. Kim Junsu’s music has a sincerity that touches the heart. It was such a moving experience that I could never properly express in words.” Aimee (24) of Saitama said, “Kim Junsu sang ‘Tsubomi’ and said he’d come all the way here to see us. I could feel just how much he cares for his fans. I hope he will be able to release a full-length album in Japan soon.”
A representative stated, “There were many middle and high school students who had come to buy MD goods. Though he has been inactive in Japan for the past 3~4 years, Kim Junsu has been able to attract new fans with his albums. The fandom continues to expand as the years go by.”

Are you ready? JYJ‘s sexy rockstar Jaejoong is.
Jaejoong’s agency, C-JeS Entertainment, released a set of image teasers on the group’s official Facebook page with the message “WWW.” The images never show the singer directly, instead focusing on Jaejoong’s tattoos on his back and feet. Along with images of the singer, there are pictures of medical equipment set in a background of disarray, as well as a picture of charcoal doodles on a wall of monstrous entities. These images preview a dark, gothic concept to Jaejoong’s upcoming album and set the mood for the singer’s transformation.
C-JeS Entertainment stated, “The ‘WWW’ stands for ‘Who, When, Why?” which is the theme that Jaejoong chose for the album. Jaejoong wrote most of the lyrics for this studio album, and he incorporated his dissection of love in the songs.” It continued, “This set of image teasers also portrays Jaejoong’s determination to break away from the set image and prejudices about him. Wishing to portray the message that freedom is not unconscious resistance but the ability to express oneself, Jaejoong suggested many ideas while filming the teaser.”
Jaejoong will release his first studio album, “WWW,” October 29, but beforehand, tomorrow, he will reveal a track from his album that is described as a ballad that is like autumn. Then starting November 2, Jaejoong will hold his “2013 Kim Jae Joong 1st Album Asia Tour Concert” in Seoul.

They continued to add, “The upcoming Yokohama concerts will signal the end of XIA Junsu’s Asia tour this year, and Kim Junsu’s special performances of ‘Minna Sora No Shita’ and ‘Tsubomi (Kobukuro)’ have been met with a positive response in Japan.”

The end-of-the-year season is approaching the musical industry. Though it’s only mid-October, musical fans are already excited. Especially consdiering the fact that some concerts already have begun selling tickets, people are busy looking for great musicals to watch and nabbing the best seats in the house.
The hottest musicals that are set to make their debut this year are ‘Wicked’ (Korean), ‘December: The Song That Hasn’t Ended’ and ‘Ghost’. All three will be making their debut in the Korean industry for the first time. Considering the fact that it’s difficult to gauge how good a musical is if it’s never been shown before, it’s natural for musical lovers to be skeptical about these productions. Because of this, ‘Wicked’ is obviously the favorite of the list with a 96% ticket reservation rate (Interpark), attracting 200,000 people in the shortest time ever. Musical columnist Jung Da Hoon stated, “It’s not easy to guess the success level of a debuting musical,” and “Considering the fact that ‘Wicked’ has a storyline and music that has already been recognized, many are excited for it.”
‘Ghost’, which comes all the way from the 5-trillion Won industry of the UK’s West End, stands out as having a well-built storyline, which is familiar as the movie the musical is based on was released in Korea in 1990. The original movie’s popularity and familiarity are the greatest weapon of ‘Ghost’.
‘December’ is in the most unfavorable position as it has never been shown before. However, it has more than enough up its sleeve to come out on top. Bringing in Kim Junsu, who has the biggest ‘ticket power’ in the industry, and teaming him up with Kim Kwang Seok’s music. The smart choices made by NEW, the movie production company making its debut in the musical industry with the upcoming production, have proven that ‘December’ is a force to be reckoned with. Many representatives in the industry have voiced their opinion that in terms of competitiveness of cast members, ‘December’ comes out on top though ‘Wicked’ has Ok Joo Hyun and ‘Ghost’ has Joo Won. Some are saying that having Kim Junsu on the cast list is enough to guarantee success. Musical columnist Park Jung Hwan stated, “Kim Junsu, who has the greatest ticket power in the musical industry, and Kim Kwang Seok’s music have teamed up,” and “The synergy those two will create is astronomical.”

YJ’s Kim Junsu (XIA) has ended his Nagoya concerts in success.
Kim Junsu held the Nagoya leg of his ‘XIA 2nd Asia Tour Concert in Japan’ tour from the 8th till the 10th of October at Nagoya’s Nippongaishi Hall, attracting a total of 24,000 fans to the event.
A representative of C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Kim Junsu’s perfect live skills and the local project dance crew created an incredible stage. From the 14th till the 16th, Kim Junsu will hold the grand finale of his Asia tour in Yokohama.”
On this day, Kim Junsu performed songs from his first and second album, and his OST repertoire, as well as ‘Minna Sora No Shita’ and ‘Kobukuro’ to a cheering crowd. Starting off with ‘Tarantallegra’, the title song of his first album, Kim Junsu had everyone pumped up with songs such as ‘Chocolate girl’, ‘I’m Confessing Right Now’ and ‘Isn’t This Song Funny?’
It was later said that representatives were surprised by Kim Junsu’s Japanese fans following along with the Korean cheers of ‘Isn’t This Song Funny’, a song written by the singer himself and based on his real life experiences. In the second half of the concert, the singer touched everyone with a live rendition of ’11 o’clock’ and ‘Love is like a Snowflake’. For three days, fans stood up and clapped for Kim Junsu till the end of the concert instead of staying in their seats.
Through his talk segments, Kim Junsu connected with his fans and talked to them. Kim Junsu was able to communicate in fluent Japanese without a translator to help him, and gained a lot of attention for singing ‘The Last Dance’ from ‘Elisabeth’ in Japanese during ‘Genie Time’, when he granted wishes for his fans. He had everyone screaming with his ‘Gwiyomi Song’ dance, and a double encore of ‘Incredible’, the title song of his second album, ended the show.
During his last performance on the 10th, Kim Junsu said, “I was nervous because this is my first concert in Japan as a solo singer. But day by day, your applause and passion became a great source of strength for me. Thanks to you, I think I’ll be able to do great in Yokohama as well. Thank you.”
Ms. Ayumi (Female, 31) stated, “I really like Kim Junsu’s second album. I went to Korea last year because I wanted to watch him perform. I’m so grateful that he’s come all the way to Nagoya this year. I was so moved by his amazing vocal talent. I can say with confidence that you could only see such an amazing performance at a Kim Junsu concert,” while Ms. Haruko (Female, 24) said, “It was a pleasant surprise to see Kim Junsu singing and talking in Japanese. I’m very happy to be watching the last leg of Kim Junsu’s Asia tour in Japan. It was a two-hour concert full of happiness and joy.”
